Unable to login. App sends you a link to your email and when you click the link it gives an error message in the app.

I feel this website/company is a scam. I can never get into the customer portal to check my account!!!  when I contact Forth they never have a representative that knows what they’re doing. I truly have no trust in this company, none!!!!!!!!!!!

Why make an option to log in with an email just to send a link. I downloaded and the link won’t work to log in. Seems like a waste of time to even have this app. The whole set up is horrible. Can’t wait to not have to use it.

I downloaded the app and I get a pop up that says “Login failed The app is not available for you yet”  What’s the point of offering an app for use only to make it unavailable to them?
