## What is Fortis Salus?

STRONGER ON SHIFT. BETTER AFTER IT.

Fortis Salus helps firefighters, EMS professionals, law enforcement and people with demanding schedules organize everyday wellness routines around real life. The free app includes a small starter selection of workouts and recipes. Fortis Salus Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription for the broader training, nutrition, tracking and community tools described below.

PLAN YOUR SHIFT
Save your shift rotation and see upcoming workdays. Keep daily check-ins close at hand.

TRAIN WITH PURPOSE
Explore workout templates. Pro adds the full workout library, Muscle Builder, personal challenges, and GPS route recording for Run, Walk and Cycle. Phone route recording works while the app is in the foreground.

MAKE NUTRITION PRACTICAL
Browse starter recipes. Pro adds the full diet and recipe libraries, nutrition tracking, and meal-planning tools. You can enter meals and water with your own values.

CONNECT WITH YOUR CREW
Eligible Pro members can use reviewed community posts and shared links. A member account and internet connection are required. Public submissions are checked before publication. Members can report posts and block profiles. Public photo and video uploads are not available in this release.

OPTIONAL APPLE CONNECTIONS
With permission and Pro access, use supported Apple Health readings and Apple Watch workouts. Apple Music playback depends on your own library and provider access; it is not included with Pro.

YOUR INFORMATION, CLEARLY ORGANIZED
Your on-phone journal and online Members account currently store records separately. Saved records, account privacy controls, data export, and deletion remain accessible if Pro ends. Some features require location, Health, camera, or microphone permission only when you choose to use them.

Fortis Salus supports personal wellness habits. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
