This application appears to be what trained Fortress engineers use to tweak the system. It is not for you! If you forget to hit the READ button at the right time or don’t notice a bad setting, the system will stop working and they will blame you for it. I suggest you delete the application and open a ticket every time you need a change.

I clicked on See All in the reviews and there are only two. Both are 1 star yet the screen says there are 6 reviews with an overall rating of 3.7 stars. What is with that? I’m having trouble with my app because my wife is unable to sign on using the same username and password as me. Is there a restriction? Why?

### 1/5 — Next to useless for $300 + outlay

Having invested in the Guardian hardware this software brings no benefits. The history function has been removed as resources “have been reassigned”. I can get the info I need from the battery screens. Buggy too: I often get the error that my batteries are offline and should “check my connection”. Which connection, and how would I do that. This app should not have been released. We the users are doing the debugging. Also, when the app scanned for my batteries it identified them by their BMS number and not by their serial number, or the number I assigned to them. The tech people offered to reassign the ID numbers but they could only do that if I had a PC to link them in. I have a Mac. And the claim that the app offers direct link to customer support is not true. It offers a link to the ticket submission page on their website. Submitting a ticket is onerous: you have to supply all the serial numbers of your equipment each time. An account with a log in that stores that info would be helpful.

Many bugs, expensive guardian gateway just to know battery % and estimate times. Last app update my eflex detail disappeared from the app, historical data not show. Looks like developed of the app and guardian stopped.
