Literally every week I have to re-download the app so it reverts back to English. I have a IPhone 6, and my wife has a IPhone 5. Both do it. I even wrote fortress security and they asked me to start a technical support ticket. I pretty sure they know there's a problem. I work in TS myself and we are well aware of these types of issues! ### 1/5 — Language setting? *2017-06-13, version 1.3.2* Why do the GSM/SMS settings keep getting dropped? Why does the language keep switching back to Chinese? It's very frustrating! You also can change a lot of configuration of your system through it. You can use your alarm with a line from h2owireless (10 dollars for 3 months...), it's much less expensive than a att and tmobile line, also use the infrastructure of att. When the app switches to the Chinese language you can switch it back by selecting the center tab which is the common tab. Then at the very bottom there is a language tab. After selecting that you can choose English and everything will be back to the English language. As far as the app losing its settings I do not have an answer. That is something that would need to be addressed in development. ### 4/5 — Reverts to Chinese ! *2018-08-04* This app works well but the language always changes to Chinese after a week or two. All the text suddenly turns to Chinese and looses my phone numbers and passwords (I have two security systems). I have to deleat the app and reinstal itl and then put all my info in again.
