## What is Forty Thieves Solitaire?

Forty Thieves Solitaire is the classic two-deck card game - and the only one that actually teaches you how to win. A friendly built-in coach watches every move, points out the smart one, and warns you before a mistake quietly loses the game.

Forty Thieves (also known as Napoleon at St Helena, or Big Forty) is famously hard: two full decks, ten columns, eight foundations built up from Ace to King by suit. On the table you build down by suit. No timers, no pressure - just a deep, satisfying solitaire you can learn in minutes and master over time.
