It did nothing that it said… it did not diagnose any of my plants or give me a remedy it only said  it was sick. What a waste of time and space on my phone

Sometimes users may use the identification function without switching to the diagnosis mode, which can cause the diagnosis page not to appear.

This app doesn’t always correctly identify plants, about 30% of the time.  I find the diagnoses are always the same (even on perfectly healthy plants) and specific remedies are not provided.

I have paid thru Dec. but am not able to use my camera in the app.  As a result I am not able to use any of the ID or Diagnostic features.

 Open Settings → Scroll down to Privacy & Security → Tap Camera. Find "PlantJoy" in the app list and toggle the switch to ON (green state).
 If the issue persists, try these additional steps: 
Force close and reopen the PlantJoy app after enabling permissions; Update to the latest iOS version (if pending) ; Reinstall the app to reset permission settings.
