Very good potential. but the amount of ads is unbearable. Almost every button you click there is an ad. I get you need ads for it to be free, but that many? I think not

It's very useful, I've already lost 10 pounds after using it for two weeks and I've decided to keep going. By the way, combined with the recipe advice it gives, the effect is even better
