It has a lot of features that other apps do not have. Full control over your cameras picture settings and viewing experience. Also pretty reliable for remote connection to cameras which is something most people would value a lot in a camera app. The only issue I’ve encountered is for some reason on my iPad Pro, 2016 model, with latest iOS, the app crashes after 10 secs of use. Sometimes even quicker. And sometimes it would go 2,3-5 minutes before crashing. My friend has the latest IPad Pro, 2019 model, and he has exact same issue as well. I have an iPad mini 3 and an older iPhone, running iOS 10.3.3 and the app is rock solid on both devices, never crashes. Not such an issue for me as I use my other devices for viewing, but take note, if you have just one or two devices running latest iOS, you may get a bit frustrated with this app always crashing. ### 3/5 — Works but very buggy and slow *2019-09-17, version 3.911* Hasn’t been updated in 3 years ### 1/5 — No Longer Supported *2019-08-10, version 3.911* Cameras have come along way in three years while this app has gone nowhere. All of the features on this app work fine, & the viewing is good, but it never sent a request to my phone for permission to access the microphone & camera. Following the instructions, I went into my phone privacy settings only to find Foscam Pro wasn’t there because it had never sent the request. Deleting the app, reinstalling, setting up the cameras again, & going through this whole process countless times, I finally emailed customer support. I never heard back from them!
