Customer service is a joke. Get more help from a brick wall. ### 1/5 — 1 star is too generous. *2026-07-22, version 5.3.24* Still an absolutely dreadful app, cannot connect to cameras reliably so you may as well stay home and guard it!! They intentionally do not fix the SD card option to force you to buy cloud services.
