This app worked initially but not I cannot get it to connect. No one to ask, no help details. The manual for the product this app uses is very basic with no contact details.

最初、私も繋がりませんでした。アプリに問題があると思っていましたが、違いました。

Androidのアプリで一旦繋いで表示してからは、iOSのアプリでも正常に表示されるようになりました。どうやらデバイスの初期化がiOS上で上手くいかなかったのが原因の様です！
