## What is FotDraft?

Draft. Compete. Crown your champion.                                                                                                                                                                         

FotDraft is a fantasy draft game for the 2026 international football tournament. Create a private group with friends, snake-draft real national team players into a 15-player squad, and score points based on actual match ratings. 

HOW IT WORKS     
Create or join a group (2–20 players) and take turns picking from all 48 competing nations. Build a squad of 15 — starting XI plus 4 bench — with a max of 2 players per country. Snake format keeps it fair: pick first in round one, last in round two.

SKILL-BASED SCORING
Points come from real player match ratings on a 1–10 scale. 6.0 is the baseline (0 points). Every tenth above or below counts. A 7.8 earns +18. A 5.2 costs -8. Only your starting XI scores — choose your lineup wisely.

  Before each of the 8 matchdays — Group Stage through the Final — pick your best XI. Flexible formations (3–5 defenders, 2–5 midfielders, 1–3 attackers) let you play your way.

  Predict exact scores on featured fixtures to earn tokens:
  • Nullify — zero out an opponent's player for a match                                                                                                                                                        
  • Double Points — double one of your players

  After the Group Stage, squads reset and everyone drafts again — lowest-ranked manager picks first. Tokens reset too. A fresh start for the knockouts.
