I don't know how uploading from the phone works I just installed the program and I had dozens and dozens of pictures upload it using my PC. Now I want to do something with those pictures, for instance email them from within the application or attach them to the text message. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do with those pictures is to look at them, nothing else. I wouldn't say it's useless but it's definitely of very limited usefulness. I am not sure if the programmers spent any time in the last several years trying to improve this application and add some functionality. Waste of time!! ### 2/5 — Love & hate relationship *2013-11-21, version 1.3* Okay, hear me out. I do like using Fotki. I love uploading and sharing my photos via online. But when it comes with a mobile device, this thing gives me a headache. I downloaded this so that I can make room in my camera roll and upload photos on my Fotki account. The thing is, is that when I open an album through the app, it loads wrong telling me I don't have more photos than what I remember plus the crashing when uploading at times. I like it, and even pay a yearly subscription, but the mobile app really needs a huge make over, bug fixes, whichever. ### 4/5 — Great app but I need one thing. *2013-07-26* So easy to use. Upload is a breeze from my mobile, although I do have to reduce my photos to get them to work. One thing, just ONE thing would make this a star app: being able to copy URLs of photos to the clipboard so I can share my photos from my mobile. The upload feature doesn’t even work now All you can do is view existing images and you can do that from the web without the privacy issues that come with this app. Huge disappointment after 15 years as a subscriber that we can’t even do mobile uploads considering every sales and social media app has had this nailed for a decade. I’ve been paying Fotki to use thier site for years. The least they could do it provide an app that works. I’ll be looking for another venue that’s able to accommodate the needs of a mobile population. I’ve been a Fotki subscriber for 15 years and been mostly happy with the desktop use. I just due loaded the app so I could do mobile uploads more smoothly, and that works just fine, but… There’s no way to reorder or annotate the images or albums once you do. So, I’m forced to go back to my laptop to do anything other than mobile uploads. That’s a cumbersome if you need to complete a folder’s contents for review and you only have access to your phone Also concerned there’s no actual privacy info. Thanks Fotki! ### 4/5 — Works fine on my iPhone 7 Plus and iOS 11 *2018-02-26, version 2.3* For a while I was annoyed that Fotki site was not designed for mobile devices, but I was pleasantly surprised to find this app. Now in can browse my photos on the iPhone and just swipe from one to another and show them fool screen. Things to improve: make it faster. I am seeing progress indicator way too often. Implement a search feature (on the website as well) that would find the user’s photos matching keywords contained in descriptions of individual photos as well as album names/descriptions. ### 4/5 — Lacking one ability *2013-08-14, version 1.3* In my albums, I have a folder for animations.
