### 3/5 — iPhone

*2026-02-09*

Using this app from long time without full access on endroid and it was my excellent experience but since I switch with iPhone I am missing that feature of Templates 🙄😔, so I am not so happy about it. Hope u can fix and enhance users experience in same with all platforms.

**Developer response:** Thanks for being with us for so long, and I'm sorry the iPhone version has left you missing something you relied on. You're right that the Templates feature you used on Android isn't available on iOS yet — that gap is on our radar, and I've passed your note to our product team so it counts. If you could tell us which templates you used most (Settings > Feedback in the app), that helps us make the case. Thanks for the honest feedback, and for sticking with us.

### 5/5 — So much better than iPhone “memories” software

*2026-01-31*

I got the free 3 day trial and immediately knew I’d be buying this software. I use to use iPhone memories to compose vacation pics to send to friends and family now I use FotoPlay. So much easier to arrange order of photos and adjust time each photo is shown. You can also add and better control videos if you want to. I would only add more compression options, right now 1min of photos gets to about 33mb, I use another app to further compress this to around 18mb so it’s easier to send from WiFi you get while traveling. This app is a keeper

### 5/5 — Thank you

### 5/5 — Tolle App

*2026-01-28*

### 5/5 — Love it!

Live it! When Slice lost their minds and wanted to charge $40 a week i was gone! Found this that works almost exactly the same so I didn’t have to learn a new program and I love it!

**Developer response:** We're really happy to know you like our app. Wish you a great day all the time. ❤️

### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2025-12-29*

Used to work quite well. The last days it stalls out and won’t finish an export. Customer service doesn’t respond.

**Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To determine the cause of the problem, we need you to provide the error log and describe the issue you encountered so we can pinpoint the problem. Please click "Settings" - "Feedback" and then send it via email. We will receive the relevant logs and investigate the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

### 1/5 — Couldn’t restore the purchase

*2025-10-18, version 2.9.4*

I bought the lifetime offer for my YouTube videos back in 2023. I reset my phone and I couldn’t restore my purchase. I contacted the customer service, they tossed me to Google play, I talked to Google and they said it’s the third party responsibility. I bought the subscription here and there for a few months to not let my YouTube channel fall through the cracks. Today, I bought the lifetime membership again. You owe me a lot of money. I like the app, everything else is dysfunctional.

### 2/5 — Gut aber stürzt ab

*2025-07-29*

### 2/5 — Need to create sum

*2025-07-01*

This app is kinda confusing but what I’m mainly wanting is to see how to create videos. I just wanna type what I want then make the video happen but that dosent happen and if u do add the feature pls don’t make me pay for it. Also the app to me is just confusing

**Developer response:** Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you encounter any problems during use, please contact us via email at pixelbox.feedback@outlook.com. We will help you as soon as possible.

### 2/5 — Why can’t it have a search bar for the music????

*2024-11-11, version 1.6.0*

This is a bad app because I only just got it and there isn’t even a search bar for music so I can’t find the music that I want for the video.
