Fotosmile is the free app which allows you to get the most of the services supplied by Fotosmile and its Partners. Through this app you will be able to download digital photos, videos, augmented reality effects or 3D contents previously purchased in the shops of Fotosmile Partners. 
Just scan the code provided by the shops of the Fotosmile Partners and enjoy the content you have bought! 
This app enables also the immediate sharing of photos, videos, augmented reality effects or 3D contents on the main social networks with a single tap.
Download on your mobile all the memories of your experience within 30 days from the date of purchase, to secure them on your device.

Scanned the QR code, said it was ‘downloading’ photo is nowhere to be seen in the in app gallery or my camera roll despite granting the access the app prompted for. Useless.

Application installer à la suite du passage au Parc Astérix. Le flash QRCode ne fonctionne pas. A croire que l’application est un scam ou bien n’a jamais été testé  (3 appareils différents aussi bien IPhone 15 pro que d’autres appareils Android, même comportement)

Parc Astérix, le package de photos numériques proposé avec Fotosmile est de qualité médiocre - résolution considérablement réduite et forte compression : mieux vaut prendre l’option papier, dommage car l’idée est bonne et l’ergonomie correcte 
L’app est peu maintenue (2 ans sans mise à jour lors de l’écriture de cet avis)

Just thought I’d write this as I didn’t have any problems using the app. Downloaded it to retrieve a ride photo and video of Red Force at Ferrari Land. It all worked fine, I was able to easily scan the QR code and save the photo and video.

We paid for a rollercoaster video at Portaventura, but the app download didn’t work and the fotosmile help had to send us the file via online file transfer. It makes one wonder what is the point of the app?
