Once in a lifetime memories dependent on retaining a receipt with a QR code which of course we lost before the images completed the download. Why not offer a text message option for retrieving images? Who expects a tourist to hold on to a receipt to secure their digital photos? This is horrible. Can’t download my pictures from the Grand Canyon. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2022-03-24, version 2.1.0* Took four or five attempts to download this app. We still can’t access our photos from Grand Canyon West after paying fifty dollars for them. We have reached out to customer support (they only provide an email address) and haven’t received a response. We’d like the photos we paid for of our once-in-a lifetime memories. It makes one wonder what is the point of the app? ### 1/5 — Code not working, pushes you to data scraping website *2022-11-29, version 2.2.4* The Q-code from Grand Canyon West wasn’t working. OK, fine, it happens.
