They make it impossible to cancel! ### 1/5 — Cannot cancel subscription *2025-01-15, version 2.46.2* Instructions to cancel subscription do not work. Beware of ongoing billing even after subscription has allegedly been cancelled. ### 1/5 — I think you’re scamming your customers *2025-01-13, version 2.46.2* There is no payment information in the Fottur.io app and there is no payment information on the website for this company. This app is in the Apple App Store, which I have downloaded for free, but not used yet. After it went past the free week I was charged $15 for that month of November then in December it charged me almost $38.95 USD directly to my bank. I went to cancel my subscription or change my payment source but I have no idea where to do that. I have also looked under my subscriptions on Apple and it is not listed there. Yet it is directly charging my bank $38.95 per month for this app which is way higher than what I originally remember agreeing to. That is over $400 a year for a basic hiking app!!!! Thus this company is a scam and is based in a British Indian Ocean territory, wherever that is. I want my money back! HOWEVER, I have been unable to find my subscription information. There is no payment info in the app nor can I find any detailed account information on the website. In the event I need to cancel or change my payment source, I have no idea where to do that. I also have looked under my subscriptions on my iPhone and Fottur doesn’t even appear there.
