Very disgusted and disappointed with this company and the lack of customer support and compassion, etc. ### 1/5 — Lacking very important features *2026-07-08, version 2.0.23* I really loved the idea of this platform: the simplicity, the AI integration, and the fact of trying to give it a solid alternative to QuickBooks online. After using it for only a month or two, I realized that some of the main features that I think most small businesses will need are not there. For example, to be able even to edit an invoice, you cannot edit. You have to duplicate it and redo the invoice. For the company that's been in business for years, that seems extremely puzzling, such a small thing. To go further, you cannot charge clients on a subscription basis. This is something I think that every other competitor has just naturally built in. Instead, you have to send invoices only. Third, when you want clients to pay you via checking or ACH, they actually have to copy your information sent via email, and go into their bank and pay you that way. I almost lost a project because of that. Really disheartened because I'm a huge proponent and fan of what Found.com could be. I just don't understand, from a software engineering standpoint and business standpoint, how these very simple, basic, and much-needed foundational features are not included even before they shipped their version one. I guess one positive out of this is that it pushed me to build my own platform, which is almost done, and will have all the features that I need, and more. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — More features PLEASE *2026-08-22, version 2.0.24* I have been using found for my invoicing since I can remember for my business and I love it. I don't like the fact I'm charged twice for processing and I wish you guys would give some new features. ### 5/5 — Great Biz Banking *2026-08-20, version 2.0.24* I was searching for a good business banking account and I unfortunately messed up my personal credit when I was younger. That said as I rebuild it, it was hard to find a "regular" Bank that was willing to help me open a checking account. I then turned to apps such as Found and its competitors. I looked at all of them and, no pun intended, but I found that Found was certainly the app for me. Very happy with my choice. Features are as simple as when I receive a payment I can delegate which portion of it goes to taxes vs my primary business account vs my owner pay, which I pay myself out of into my "regular bank account". It's great. Let’s not forget the fact that it’s actually free and if you pay for some of the premium options, it’s pretty much worth it.
