### 1/5 — Thieves! Don’t use Found

*2026-02-06, version 3.72.9*

This service unethically updates its terms and charges and will not even let you cancel your account without agreeing to them. I never agreed to updated terms, I haven’t used the service in over two years, and they are still taking hundreds of dollars out of our bank account. Don’t use Found, you will be robbed.

### 1/5 — Yikes

*2026-02-05, version 3.72.9*

Horrible customer service. I’d go to Ro.

### 1/5 — Run away

*2026-01-19, version 3.72.8*

Once again like everyone says, customer service is terrible and they will take all of your money. They will change policies and not let you know and charge you for things you never agreed to. Worst customer service out there.

### 1/5 — How???

*2026-01-09, version 3.72.8*

I downloaded the app, but it won’t let me create an account! There is only the option to sign in. How do I actually CREATE an account so I can get started? Is this a sign I shouldn’t be doing this??

### 1/5 — Company is terrible and liars

*2025-12-18, version 3.72.7*

Customer service is absolutely horrific. My card was charged, yet the company claims they have no record of the charges. Customer support is handled almost entirely by a bot that does not respond in a timely manner—despite promising replies within 24 hours, which is completely untrue.

Do not pay for medication three months in advance. Even after prepaying, they still attempt to charge month-to-month and refuse to send the medication. Weeks go by with no resolution, and support repeatedly gives the same scripted responses.

Eventually, they tell you to fill out another form and pay an additional $40 for a follow-up appointment to obtain a prescription—despite this already being completed. The entire experience feels disorganized, misleading, and borderline fraudulent. No one seems to know what’s going on.

### 1/5 — Found is a Scam | Fraud

*2025-12-13, version 3.72.7*

Do not download or join with this company. They have a made up intake process only for no one to show up for the consultant. After you paid your money they take you hoops & loops to get a refund. BTW I STILL haven’t received my refund.
Go with another provider & save your time & money.

### 1/5 — Frustration

*2025-11-19, version 3.72.2*

I am unable to confirm my doctor appointment, unable to get anyone in support. Phone number is not even working.

### 1/5 — 1 week in these are my CC charges and no response

*2025-11-01, version 3.72.2*

I have another charge on my account and will proceed with cancelling my membership. I have started in one week and these are the charges on my account:
STC wellness 43.99
Found health 100
Found health 199
Found health 289
Found health 40

This is unacceptable. Response shows 24 hours, this is a joke

### 1/5 — Don’t waste ur money

*2025-10-23, version 3.72.2*

They get you in there and get your prescription then they charge you $30 for a nap fee then they charge you $120 for a script and fee then they charge you $200 for a refill which they can’t even manage to get to you on time so good luck

### 1/5 — Serious app issues

*2025-10-21, version 3.72.1*

The thought it there - I like the ease to get medicine. However, that’s the only positive. The app consistently gives me trouble saying my insurance isn’t valid then you have to wait 2-3 days for answer from support and suddenly it’s fine. Plan always discontinues and you have to start over process. Rescheduling is not easy for you or the provider. Provider has no autonomy to give support. I didn’t want auto pay and suddenly I’m on autopay. For the $199 I’m paying please invest in app support and improvements. The app is absolutely awful and stressful and nothing works as it should. Use hers if you can - that app is seamless. Also overly expensive I pay $199 then have to pay $30 each visit? Seems like you are robbing people wanting to lose weight.

### 1/5 — Find another provider!!!

*2025-09-16, version 3.72.1*

This provider is absolutely the worst. No human support. Even after canceling my membership, over a
Month ago, Found continues to charge my card over and over and over again.

### 1/5 — Complete rip off

*2025-09-12, version 3.72.1*

I used Found for months and they’re a complete rip off. The medications are expensive and often out of pocket. If they do take your insurance, they bill it incorrectly, which caused my copay to be more than doubled. They are not cooperative with fixing their billing mistakes, and customer service is atrocious. Stay far away from this company.

### 1/5 — Utterly useless

*2025-09-10, version 3.72.1*

Great if you want a pill mill to prescribe you whatever you ask for, or if you know what you need and never need customer support or a provider. My first doctor was so incompetent he couldn’t even figure out how to use Zoom and did not mention ANY of the best practices or potential side effects to be aware of. My last contact with support took SIX DAYS to get a response for (despite the app claiming an average 24 hr turnaround), did not answer my question and included in that response was a comment that it’s basically pointless
to try to contact them.

The app itself is similarly trash. An absolutely idiotic social feature that is just people posting for attention, inaccurate information about orders and shipping that is readily available from FedEx, and absolutely nothing useful.

### 3/5 — No consistency

*2025-08-28, version 3.72.1*

I’ve met with a different provider every single time. I get scheduling but it would be great if I could see the schedule of someone I’ve already met with but you only get to see the schedule of the most recent person. It’s really frustrating to get consistent care.

### 1/5 — SCAM

*2025-08-21, version 3.72.1*

I made my account inactive and was still charged a membership fee. I attempted to contact support and it says it could take 24 hours. I still have yet to get in contact with support way past 24 hours and multiple attempts to get in contact with customer service.

### 1/5 — Money grab?

*2025-08-10, version 3.71.2*

Feeling like this is just another money grab. Initially loved my first provider and had a plan. Even told me what my back up plan was if insurance didn’t cooperate. I agreed to it, but now I can’t activate it unless I pay another consult fee. Impatiently waiting for a reply. I am hopeful to adjust my review.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Hidden fees

*2026-07-06, version 3.77.1*

My subscription cost repeatedly increased due to changes in medication which were made mandatory because Found stopped offering my specific brand and/or dosing. Practitioners are unresponsive and the app itself is unintuitive.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-07-01, version 3.77.1*

You’re advertising and app are deceiving. You make it seem like the first month including the medicine is $50. I feel scammed. I’m not paying another $150. Waste of time, hope, etc. Customer service is terrible. Stole my money.

### 1/5 — SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD

*2026-06-14, version 3.76.0*

I just downloaded this and it will not let me use the app. I’ve tried all options ( 3) to log in 15 times each and it keeps kicking me back to the login page.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SCAM APP!

### 1/5 — Double charged

*2026-06-06, version 3.72.22*

I was inactive for one month and didn’t receive any medication and they still charged me the $199 monthly fee. So just be aware, that monthly fee is basically for using the app. Not the medication you receive.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-05-29, version 3.72.20*

This is a scam. Go through your regular doctor and regular insurance or don’t, this program won’t save you any money. This is just a scam.

### 1/5 — BAIT AND SWITCH BEWARE!!!

*2026-04-28, version 3.72.17*

Overall I would give this 0 stars if I could. I constantly found myself paying more and more and more.

Initially this “membership” you pay for. It’s a complete scam. It doesn’t give you ANYTHING except for access to their APP. NOTHING. Doctor appointment extra, medications EXTRA.

Expect to pay for (at least what I know so far, there will probably be more hidden charges).
1) membership
2) Co-Pay based on your insurance for every time you meet with your “doctor” online for 10 minutes. Including your consultation
3) Medications
4) additional hidden charges?

Overall it’s not hard to use the program but the bait and switch and nickel and dime of the extra charges makes us EXCEEDINGLY more $$$$ Expensive than just going up your primary care physician and getting a prescription you fill at Walgreens. You can get the same coupons and lab discounts without going through a company like this.

When asking about a refund because I felt like it was false advertising, I was basically told “too bad”.

### 1/5 — Confusing, non transparent pricing, poor care and response times

*2026-04-27, version 3.72.17*

I was told by the app initially that I would be paying for a 6 month supply of the medication I preferred. Turns out that was the subscription price, which wasn’t even a thing the first time I tried this app, you just paid for the copay on the visits and the medication. So I was deceived there with no clear message saying that was for a 6 month subscription. When I asked questions it took me a few tries to get a clear transparent response before they finally told me that was the case. Physicians won’t respond to your messages for at least 3 days, same with support. The physician was trying to get me off the call as soon as he could so he could get to his other 100 appointments that day. The care is not tailored to you, they will prescribe you something that will give you horrible side effects without considering your medical history and only fix it after the fact. Do not recommend, go to your PCP or an app service without a subscription, you don’t need a subscription to get care and there are far better options than the scammy app found.

### 1/5 — the worst app

*2026-04-22, version 3.72.17*

please don’t wast your money on this app. I would use Noom
customer service is way better and the program is guided better.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-03-10, version 3.72.12*

Complete scam. I signed up because they accepted my insurance. Suddenly, after a couple of months of the service, they no longer accept my insurance. This is a decision on their side. I verified with my insurance company that there were no changes to my plan, benefits, or coverage on my side - which wouldn’t be possible given that we are in the middle of a plan year. Conveniently for their bottom line, the self-pay rate significantly higher than the insurance reimbursement rate. I had prepaid for a full year of medication too before their rug pull. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card.

### 1/5 — DO NOT JOIN

*2026-02-17, version 3.72.9*

Did multiple months in advance, never got my medication, never got any help. Constantly emailed and just was told thanks for your patience. This is multiple of hundreds of dollars gone with zero help or inclination that I will get the medication or my money back. This has been over a month now.

### 5/5 — My Health Journey: Integrative Nutrition + Traditional Medicine

*2026-07-22, version 3.77.1*

My Health Journey: Integrative Nutrition + Traditional Medicine

I’ve lost 28 pounds and, more importantly, I’ve gained hope.

The first 23 pounds came from reducing inflammation and excess water by returning to real, nutrient-dense foods. About 15 pounds came off in the first month before I ever started semaglutide.

Five weeks ago, under my physician’s supervision, I added a compounded semaglutide with B12 and glycine to support my ongoing weight-loss journey. Since then, I’ve lost another 7 pounds. I’m happy to have found an approach that combines traditional medicine with the principles of integrative nutrition that have become so important to me.

Over the past decade, my body has endured a great deal: adenomyosis, fibroids, hernias, an appendectomy, esophageal surgery, toxicity, gallbladder removal, joint injuries, chronic inflammation, and a torn meniscus. Each challenge affected my mobility, my health, and eventually my weight.

In May 2026, I could barely walk for two weeks until I received a cortisone injection. An MRI confirmed a torn meniscus. Years of sports and activity likely contributed to normal wear and tear, but the inflammation throughout my body made everything worse. Within just three months, I gained 18 pounds.

For years, I was frustrated. I exercised consistently. I completed Beachbody programs. I reversed my prediabetes through real food and lifestyle changes, yet I remained stuck at 189 pounds. Then I broke several ribs, developed gallbladder disease, and my weight eventually climbed to 218 pounds.

Today, I’m back to 190 pounds, and I feel better than I have in years.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that weight isn’t the whole story. I’ve always carried my weight evenly and maintained a good amount of muscle, so the number on the scale never told the complete picture. My goal isn’t to become “skinny.” My goal is to reduce excess body fat while preserving muscle to support healthy bones, joints, and long-term mobility.

Nutrition remains the foundation. I believe both overeating and chronic under-eating can work against us over time. Being nutrient deficient is a very real issue, especially after years of processed foods, illness, or surgery. I choose to test for deficiencies and supplement only when needed instead of taking products I don’t need. For me, that’s safer, more effective, and more cost-conscious.

My family history also motivates me. In 2019, I lost my sister. Seven years earlier, she had received a liver transplant due to fatty liver disease. That experience changed how I view metabolic health and the importance of taking action before disease progresses.

Today, my plan includes:

* A 16:8 fasting schedule
* Nutrient-dense whole foods following an 80/20 lifestyle
* Strength-focused movement to preserve muscle
* Physician-supervised semaglutide with B12 and glycine
* Integrative nutrition principles tailored to my body’s needs

I don’t believe there’s one perfect path for everyone. I encourage people to research their options, work with qualified healthcare professionals, and find the approach that’s right for them.

I’ve also learned that slow, sustainable progress is worth celebrating.

As a teenager, I weighed 119 pounds.
In my late twenties, I was around 138.
After my son was born, I weighed 159.
In my forties, I weighed 179 and wore a size 4 because I carried a significant amount of muscle.

I’ve realized that health isn’t about chasing a specific number.

It’s about becoming the healthiest version of yourself.

That belief inspired me to write my book, Calm With Quiet Wisdom, and my guide, Ultimate Guide to 135: It’s Only a Number.

Because in the end, the number on the scale isn’t the goal.

Living well is.

### 5/5 — A lot of thanks to found and doctor Esti Bakty

*2026-02-07, version 3.72.9*

After searching several apps and discussing options with my friends(recommended by my friend first), I chose the Found app. I was able to enter my health information easily, and I got a doctor’s appointment scheduled for the very next day.

Before the appointment, I uploaded my health report and blood test results, and by the time we met, the doctor had already reviewed everything. The doctor Esti then prescribed the medication that was most appropriate for me. The insurance review took about three days, and it was finally approved. The doctor also did an excellent job following up throughout the process.

I signed up for a six-month membership, and I’m really excited about it. If possible, I would love to continue beyond that. Thank you, Found — the smooth process and clear, appropriate guidance made the approval happen quickly.

### 5/5 — ZEPBOUND WORKS

*2025-11-08, version 3.72.2*

Easy to navigate and great people. Affordable too

### 5/5 — Client

*2024-03-27, version 3.41.0*

Found worked for me

### 5/5 — Weight loss app/program that finally covers it all

*2024-02-26*

I am so happy with the Found program. They cover the eating, emotional and physical aspects of weight loss and health. You do have to put in the time but the rewards are so worth it. They help you to create habits that are lifetime habits…not for just right now. Lots of programs seem to know how to help lose the weight but once you stop doing their program you go back to all your old routines and gain that weight back. This one helps you to create habits and then reinforces those habits over and over again until you have a whole new routine! I’m excited and happy with all that I’m learning.

**Developer response:** Thank you for rating us 5-stars. Keep up the great work, we’re cheering for you!

### 5/5 — Awesome
