## What is Foundation Estate Agent CRM?

Foundation is the CRM built for estate and letting agents who run their agency from their pocket. Capture the lead, log the offer, book the viewing and post the listing, from the doorstep, between appointments, without waiting to get back to the desk.

EVERYTHING BETWEEN VIEWINGS, IN ONE APP

• DASHBOARD: your pipeline, today's diary, open offers and recent activity at a glance.
• GLOBAL SEARCH: find any contact, property, offer or viewing in a single tap.
• PROPERTIES: add and edit listings, capture photos, change status, get directions, and see matching applicants scored against every listing.
• CONTACTS: add a lead in seconds, then call, text or email in one tap. Filter buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• OFFERS: log an offer at the doorstep and accept or decline on the spot.
• VIEWINGS: book, reschedule, set the outcome and capture feedback while it's fresh.
• APPRAISALS: book valuations with the vendor's name, number and your notes.
• SOCIAL: turn a listing, a local market report, the day's property news or a tip into a beautifully branded post and share it straight to Instagram.
• PROPERTY NEWS: UK trade headlines pushed to your phone, ready to post or email to your contacts.
• REPORTS: pipeline value, leads, offer conversion and clean charts of your book.

Built for the way agents actually work: fast, offline-friendly, with haptics and a native dark mode. An optional AI assistant answers questions about your own data: "show me my pipeline", "who's registered but hasn't viewed?"

Foundation white-labels to your agency's own brand and colours, and works alongside the Foundation web CRM so nothing is ever out of sync.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.3 — 2026-10-27

Office inbox. Emails to your office arrive with a reply already drafted, filed against the person and the property they're about. Read it, change anything you want, fill in any gaps and send it from the app. Urgent ones are marked, and Today takes you straight to the email waiting for you. Find it under More.

Log a call. After you ring someone from a contact or a property, say what happened in a sentence and the app turns it into a note and the things that were agreed.

Fixes the branded post preview on a news story, which could open as a blank card, and shared posts now reach Instagram and WhatsApp as a picture named after the headline.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-29

A new look throughout, and the iPad is a proper iPad app now rather than the
phone layout stretched across a bigger screen.

Sign in once. Your phone remembers the account and lets you back in with Face
ID or a six digit passcode, so you are not typing a password between
appointments.

Lone working. Set a safety timer before a viewing and someone is told if you
do not check back in.

Your agency can now decide what each colleague sees. Whoever runs the account
picks the areas for each person, so a new negotiator need not have the
invoicing, the client accounts or the agency's settings. Sales and lettings
are separate permissions rather than one.

Swiping a task right to mark it done works properly. It needed almost a third
of the screen before, so an ordinary swipe did nothing at all. A short flick
is enough now, on the Tasks screen and on the home page.

Sales progression: you can tick the agreement as signed yourself, and
"solicitors instructed" is now two steps, one for the buyer's side and one for
the seller's, so you can see which one you are waiting on.

Keys: add a key set and photograph it while it is still in your hand, with
real buttons instead of two small icons.

The attention band shows what actually needs you, and "Reply now" opens the
person who is waiting rather than the list they are somewhere in. An
instruction that cannot be published now names itself and says what it needs.

The month's figures are on the phone, and the diary has its page back.

Fixed: the app launches on iOS 27; a countered offer no longer reads
"Awaiting response"; one overdue task is counted once rather than twice;
property news arrives once rather than twice; and when a post cannot be drawn
the app tells you the reason instead of only saying it failed.
