As a superintendent it is my responsibility submit time for the guys under me. The submitted time then goes to the project manager for approval. There have been several occasions where my submitted time is correct (I take screen shots for proof) and the project manager approves the time only to be shorted come payday. When I double check the submitted time folder and filter the information, only a portion of submitted time went through. On one occasion it completely missed an entire week of submitted time for 12 of my guys. ### 1/5 — . *2023-07-25, version 4.22.0* This app is terrible ### 1/5 — Hasn’t ever worked on iPhone 14 *2023-07-10, version 4.21.0* Worked fine for years until I bought a new phone. Doesn’t work at all now. When I emailed them they said my account manager would be able to assist me. Nope. Assist with what? So when I told him the app doesn’t work, his response was “yeah it does”. It always signs me out, my password never works so always have to do the “forgot password “ option . I write the password down every time and next week I will be signed out and it doesn’t work again. Constantly loses time sheets when syncing. No way to review previously submitted time sheets amoung many other issues. Jobs disappear from one day to the next. Employees can’t see what time they’ve submitted for the day. We have to dedicate a full time employee to making sure submitted time is what was actually work, and then making sure it is actually paid for. Crashes daily and multiple times a week, I’ve lost so many hours due to this application and it needs to be addressed. This is personal livelihoods this app affects and it’s unreal how it’s a continual occurrence. I really wish my company would opt for a better solution or even better go back to paper timesheets. Just have some patience with it and you will find it’s usefulness. ### 4/5 — Pretty convenient *2020-04-06* I’m an employee not and employer, so I can’t speak for the employer side of this app. However, I work between four different buildings throughout any given day and the ability to clock out without having to walk all the way to the first building is very convenient for me. Also the ability to switch from job to job is very nice. I also really enjoy being able to see the hours I’ve worked, but it isn’t broken down into days of the week it’s only broken into specific jobs. Navigating the app can be a bit confusing, especially for older people who aren’t very tech savvy. I’ve seen the frustrations in people at my work largely because the iPhone app is much more involved and confusing than other devices. All in all though, a much better system than the old paper punch card.
