They will just take your money then no match you with anyone. Then refuse to cancel your membership. Terrible terrible terrible I would give 0 stars if possible ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-11-06* Waited half a month to even get a Match, then nobody replied to meet up. 180€ for nothing!!!! I love your social Media Content and the idea of the FSC but Exekution is terrible **Developer response:** Hey Jeremy, really appreciate the kind words about the idea behind FSC. Just to clarify: we match founders once a month, so depending on when you signed up, there can be a short wait while we build your group. Totally get how that could’ve felt like a delay. Also, our membership is not €180, so if for any reason you were charged more, definitely email us and we’ll get that refunded right away. Appreciate you giving it a shot early on. I then was told I was supposed to have “opted in” every month to be paired with matches, on top of still being billed. Seemed like a really cool idea, so I’m bummed it didn’t work out. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2025-09-16* Trash Customer Service **Developer response:** Hey, sorry to hear support felt that way. We’re improving and building every week, and your feedback helps. – Team FSC ### 1/5 — Outstanding Marketing, Horrible Customer Service *2025-09-14* I really wanted to give this app a fair chance. The concept sounded promising, and they even claimed there’s some kind of “guarantee” if nothing comes out of it. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. When I tried to cancel my subscription, it was technically impossible. The login didn’t work with my email, the app didn’t allow it, and even the receipt details couldn’t be used. I reached out to support several times, hoping for an actual solution. Instead of addressing my issue, I got an ai-slop copy-paste email trying to sell me on their “new features.” So much for guarantees. Apparently, it’s easier to send out marketing fluff than to process a simple refund or acknowledge a cancellation request. If you enjoy smooth marketing slogans but zero accountability when it comes to customer service – this app is for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration. **Developer response:** Hey there, really sorry this was your experience. Totally fair to be frustrated, and we’d love to understand what went wrong with your cancellation flow. If there were any issues on your end, our support team can usually sort it directly. When it comes to onboarding it’s not the best you can’t even Sign in with Apple or google. Then you have to pay before even discovering users. People want to test an app and see if they like it before having to pay for it. **Developer response:** Hey legend! First off, thanks for giving our new app a go. That means a lot 🙏 Totally hear you on Apple/Google sign-in. It didn’t make it into the first version, but it’s on our list (we’re just as keen for it). On paying before exploring - fair shout. FSC isn’t a typical networking app. There’s no endless scrolling. Instead, members commit upfront, we manually vet every profile, and then match founders monthly to meet IRL. This app charges you before you’re even accepted into the app or match with any people. How it works is they match you once a month with a group of 4 people and it’s your guys’ responsibility to arrange a meet up. Mind you, the match up is automatic. Everybody gets put in a group each month. If no one replies, tough luck. Of the 9 months, I’ve had: 1 successful group meet 4 no replies 4 completely empty months - yes, no matched group at all. So that’s $180 for 1 meetup I’ve contacted support every time there was an issue in hopes of some type of remedy or solution. No reply. Then they launched this app promising things would change! Instantly charged me for 3 months, then locked my account, THEN they said my application is denied… after being a member for 9 months ? So now I’m getting charged money after having my membership cancelled - hooray! I sent several messages to support. Email and chats No reply. I’ve been a member for almost 9 MONTHS and had ONE successful meet up. That’s 1/9. Their Facebook business page is only negative reviews. lol Just complaints on complaints for good reason. A good business idea managed to garbage. You all are incapable of running a VERY simple business. Two groups matched, zero plans made or followed through. This was not a good use of time or money. ### 1/5 — Meetups rarely happen *2026-05-28, version 1.1.5* I was initially excited to download this app based on the concept but unfortunately the meetups seem to never happen. Everytime you get matched in a group of people noone replys to messages and 3 out of 3 times the meetup never happened meaning I paid for the app but never once had a meetup. Then when informing customer support after the 1st time they took a long time to respond and nothing ever changed. ### 1/5 — Spent 10 months - Total Scam. *2026-05-19, version 1.1.5* This whole app and system is a complete scam. I actually left an honest negative review before and I saw their ad come up and lo and behold somehow my review is not on their app on the App Store. More fishy behavior. I was a paid subscriber and stuck with this app and business for 10 months and I’m almost 100% sure they fill it with just bots. You basically get paired with five random people every month and maybe one other person in every one of those groups would send a message back. App is super buggy since you can’t even click some buttons. There are advertisements and images are also all just Caucasian people which is really funny to me. You will notice that you will not see a single image or video of a non-Caucasian person anywhere on their website or profile. Pretty ridiculous for a community that is trying to bring people together. I gave them 10 months to get their act together and the whole thing is just a giant scam . ### 1/5 — Do not recommend *2026-02-18, version 1.1.1* Paid for three months and only received one month of matches. Reached out for support and they never resolved it by giving me two months of matches that was remaining or refunding the money. Not a scam but it might as well be as they can’t deliver the level of service they are promising. They should at minimum be issuing refunds if they can’t deliver ### 1/5 — Complete waste *2026-02-07* Their advertising is pretty good, but that’s it. You get put together with a group of other founders a few days before an event but you can chat with each other to organise something just 2 days prior. It’s tough to book sport venues in big cities two days prior guys!! This app does nothing that a free Facebook group doesn’t do 100x better. So I’m out again! **Developer response:** Hey, appreciate you sharing this. They say that you’ll have access to all these founders and yet the app doesn’t even work. I’m not normally a bad reviewer unless it’s really awful. But even when I emailed to cancel, they tried to convince me to “take a crack at it”… which would be great if the app or website actually worked. So irritated by this! Damn these nice Instagram ads! ### 1/5 — Scam? *2025-12-10, version 1.0.9* I was never actually offered a meet up & they denied my request for a refund. All communications said "wait to hear from us for the next meet up". Two months went by & still no meet up. She said I had to opt in but the app said I was opted in. ### 1/5 — Like the concept but execution is not acceptable *2025-12-09* Paid $60 just to get nothing. You can’t even browse or find anything of value. They will supposedly match you with something on the first of every month. Wanted to love this but honestly feels like this app is a waste of space and I was lowkey scammed. They should not be charging for this level of product. ### 1/5 — Great Concept- Terrible Execution *2025-12-04, version 1.0.9* Paid $60 dollars at the beginning of November to be told I wouldn’t be eligible for matches until December. Checked the app today(December 4th), it now says I’ll start receiving matches in January.
