Details are not appearing in proper manner in mobile Version... Eg: Employee history, Certification details etc... repeating each information for at least thrice... Tried so many options by signing out and signing in , uninstalled and reinstalled etc . But no luck... I am facing two issues 1) not able to update resume through app. When I browse for resume, chrome is getting hang and not able to update it. 2) when I click on profile tab app is getting crash. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Absolutely horrible and fake *2026-04-20* Do not use this platform, they have a host of hurdles to prevent you from applying to a job. Then they ask you for paid services after which you start getting calls from so called job service providers who will ask for a one-time charge for giving job support and curated opportunities with good pay. This is an organised scam. ### 1/5 — Regarding your algorithm *2025-06-04* You are fraud every job that come across my field with tah of 0 years experience or hiring freshers which when I move forward with shows a high year of experience level , I mean I never felt this level of disappointment in my life also to the jobs which pop when clicked on simple apply it shows applied huhhh but really is it happening no one knows !!! And yes now I know why you are so low ranked app ### 1/5 — Misleading Promises, Poor Support, and Low-Quality Service scammer fraud *2025-04-11* I subscribed to Foundit’s Resume Writing and Career Booster services expecting a professional experience. For the first 3 days, no one reached out to me. All I got were spam calls from unrelated industries. Despite repeatedly trying to contact customer support, no one responded. When they finally sent the resume, it had an ATS score of just 54, even though they promised 70+. The quality was disappointing and nowhere near what was advertised. This entire experience felt like a scam. I would strongly advise against paying for their premium services. ### 1/5 — False promises and poor tech product *2025-03-12* Dont buy the false promises they sell. Chatgpt is better than their resume writing service. They promise they will highlight your application to the recruiter but it is a scam, their product cant even recommend the reevant jobs whereas if you search the app the new jobs keep of coming. All together very bad experience with their product and their team. Once you buy the subscription they will ghost you as their targe would be completed. Providing service is not their goal, their goal is just to sell the subscription. Avoid this trap! ### 1/5 — Not letting me update the industry without adding LinkedIn profile *2024-09-15* It’s really an stupid idea to not letting update the profile without linking LinkedIn profile to it. I hm have tried many times to update the industry but at the end it redirects me to add LinkedIn profile. If not linked the profile not updated. It should me my choice whether I want to link LinkedIn id or not, but you’re forcing it, this shouldn’t have happened. ### 1/5 — Totally waste *2023-12-13* I am trying to delete my account but delete option is there just to show not for work. Then I just deactivated account that worked only. Please see on that delete option so that person can easily delete the profile if not interested in app. Delete option is just a fake option. Frustrated and irritated. ### 1/5 — Fraud App *2023-04-21* This app is fraud, dont buy their paid service. There is no tracking or response coming from team irrespective for 6-7 reminders. They charge you huge amount and tell that they would float your cv among various recruiters but wont tell you how many or what is the actual number? They pride themselves for exclusive recruitment connections in Singapore, but dont know laws at all. I am defrauded, pls avoid any payment to them especially Nikhil Garad. ### 1/5 — FRAUD CALLS!!!!!!! *2022-09-15* This I really serious issue that as soon as you register your personal details in the app you will start getting fraud calls like we got your resume from monster jobs and they are asking for registration fees and literally within one day I received around 15 fraud Calls though they have a scope of very good company jobs available but this is really serious issue!!!! ### 1/5 — Information is not secure in this app. Neither can delete account. Worst ever! *2021-06-12* This is the worst app. Apparently they give or let to someone took emails ID and now it is a boom of junk emails which I am receiving. I never shared my email in anywhere and suddenly after making an account in this Moonster started the spam mails from many accounts. That is without counting that I made all configuration to not receive any email, even unsuscribe and still receiving emails from monster. They said the account will be deleted after some time of not using it. Ok i am not using it and still receiving spam emails from monster , and showing if do not wanna receive I must login and adjust the configuration. But ta daaa I already did it … it just a trick to make you log in and again the circle! And account will never delete it. It is just a nightmare this job app. Please be careful which app to instal and the dare you share. There are app like this one that do not have proper Information Security.!!!! All that is beside the app crashed, not user friendly and many many other things which is less important than the security! ### 2/5 — Not working properly *2026-03-16* Earlier this app used to work properly. But in recent times, there are so many issues. If we update profile in web it is not reflecting in app. Also even after multiple attempts changes are not reflecting. Unable to verify mobile number as we are not able to receive otp. Turn on recruiters view tab multiple times, still wont update. If you’ve used Google then using New Monster App won’t be difficult. This site maintains information on the latest and the newest jobs. The professionals share job openings. In my perspective, this is a perfect job app/site for beginners and experienced professionals. ### 5/5 — Awesome Experience *2018-08-15* I used the previous version which wasn’t easy to operate neither suggestive. The new interface is not only user friendly but intelligent and predictive in terms of searches. Jobs can be applied or rejected by a simple swipe. The app does give closest suggestions related to your profile. All in all a great user experience and very convenient for jobseekers to browse and apply. ### 3/5 — Not sure about the fraud *2020-03-11* Getting a good Response with lot of calls for jobs. But they have been asking for some sort of a fees, for booking the seat for an interview, which will be refunded later. Not sure if it’s a fraud or a real one !
