## What is FoundNow?

FoundNow is a rental marketplace for India built on one idea: a listing should have to prove it is still available.

Every other portal lets a listing sit forever, which is why finding a place means a week of phone calls about flats that went months ago. FoundNow asks owners to confirm weekly, in one tap. Anything that goes quiet drops out of nearby search by itself.

WHAT YOU CAN FIND
Rooms, flats, houses, PGs, shops and offices — ranked by whether the place is actually free and actually near you, never by who paid the most. There is no paid placement anywhere in the ranking.

SEARCH THE WAY YOU THINK
Type "1BHK near my office under 15k" and FoundNow understands it. Hinglish works too. You are always shown exactly what was understood, and you can correct it.

WHAT IT COSTS TO LIVE THERE
Rent is only part of it. Every listing shows the deposit, the maintenance, and the recurring charges an owner has disclosed — with the ones they have not disclosed marked as unknown rather than quietly assumed to be zero.

YOUR NUMBER STAYS YOURS
Chat with owners inside the app. Phone numbers are exchanged only when both sides agree. Your location is read once per search and never watched in the background.

BROKERS ARE LABELLED
Brokers may list, but they are labelled as brokers with their fee stated before you contact them.

FoundNow is live in Udaipur, Rajasthan, and expanding.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.6 — 2026-09-06

• A new More tab: your profile, stays, flatmates and settings, each a tab across the top.
• Brokers you subscribe to now have a page of their own, under Profile.
• The group screen shows the room you are offering, your group and how you live together in one place.
• Fixes and polish throughout.

### 1.2.5 — 2026-08-31

Rooms in shared homes have a proper page now: the photographs, what one person actually pays line by line, who already lives there and how they live.

A broker's page shows who they are, the areas they cover and what they charge — and you can vouch for one you have dealt with.

You can report or block somebody from any conversation.

Fixed a bright flash on the map in dark mode, and a crash when opening a message that was not about one particular place.

### 1.2.4 — 2026-08-28
