You can’t open it when you want - it just goes blank. You have to turn on your phone then off again constantly. If your are an employee it’s awful. If your are an employer and hate your staff - then get this. ### 1/5 — Where to begin *2023-07-11* Some of my favourite things about this app/platform/software include but are not limited to: 1. Having to force quit the app every time you reopen it because it’s frozen. 2. You can only lodge one unavailability at any given time 3. There’s no admin/supervisor functionality on the app. Only on desktop. 4. There’s no communication platform to communicate or post to staff or find covers 5. The admin section on desktop is clunky, poorly designed and not user friendly. This app like a sad, cheap knock-off of the Deputy platform but with 1/10th of the features. ### 1/5 — Really bad app *2023-05-10* Seems to always be down - the worst app I have ever used on my phone. ### 1/5 — The worst app ever *2023-05-07* Every time that I need to open the app it doesn’t work. So I have to delete and download if I need to see my shifts. Open it and wait and wait while it thinks what to do. Won’t accept my password for desktop login and won’t send me the reset email. Overall putrid ### 1/5 — No 24 hour format *2025-12-19* Unable to view shifts in 24 hour format it’s like reading foreign newspaper. The layout is like viewing app on the iPhone from 2007. Very outdated app. ### 1/5 — Not recommended *2025-09-17, version 1.10.31* Really bad app. To have access to the payslips, they send you a code every time you want to see them, so annoying. We can’t have access to the general roster, just your own shifts. Don’t like it at all ### 1/5 — Absoloute Trash *2025-08-01* Firstly, this app is absolute trash. Secondly, their customer service is run by illiterate fools who can’t string together a basic sentence. Currently use this for a casual job and sent an enquiry to customer service about calendar syncing functionality - to iCal or Google. All the major and some minor rostering systems have the functionality. Firstly they responded I should contact my employer about upcoming shifts and then told me I can’t ask these questions because I’m not an admin. ITS A GENERAL ENQUIRY!!! Too bad that I’m starting a business with 600+ employees and was considering this application - their customer service alone BLEW IT. ### 1/5 — Buggy, slow and unresponsive *2025-05-31* Compared to its main competitors Foundu stands out because of its lack of features and awesome selection of bugs. features that are there being buggy and unresponsive. Interface looks like it has been designed by a ten year old using Microsoft Paint. Basic features like being able to clock in on a non-rostered shift etc are not there and require shift created or changed by management first. Very frustrating to use. Limited access when in low cell service. Can watch a video but can’t get app working just keeps loading. No connectivity to maps very frustrating when checking shifts. Always slow even on 5G Needs lots of work to be fit for purpose. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2024-02-22* Use it for a chef Agency company, every single time have to keep stitch on and off for running and most of time can’t recognize the location.
