## What is FOUNDURO?

FOUNDURO helps founders structure company formations in Germany and the United States. The app is public and can be used without invitation, pre-approval, employer relationship, partner status, or organization membership.

Choose Germany or the United States, enter the core formation details, select the entity type and filing region or state, and keep every formation organized in a persistent founder portal.

The app supports German and U.S. formation flows, founder intake, legal-form and region selection, task checklists, document status, formation memos, and repeat formations from the same portal.

FOUNDURO is built for founders who want a clear operating view before final filings, signatures, tax classification, or individual legal review are completed.

The app does not sell digital content and does not unlock app features through in-app purchase. Final filings, signatures, tax classification, and professional review are handled individually outside the automated app flow where required.
