Furthermore I am unable to sort the applicants using any of the sortable columns like “date applied” or “idle”. The only thing this app is good for is moving familiar applicants through the process. ### 1/5 — Keep your laptop handy!! *2024-04-16* I don’t know why it’s impossible to “go back” once you get into job postings and applicant data, but it’s frustrating to have to close and reopen the app after downloading and reading a résumé. I opened a résumé file and it wasn’t supported (fine, no big deal, I’ll look later..) but then I had to force close the app and go back in, filter everything just to get back to where I was. Then, there’s too much junk in the user interface and it takes forever to click certain things if you have multiple active job postings. There are many features that are not available that would make sense in a mobile/app like reading sms sent, sessions, directly schedule and more. The app frequently doesn’t load and have blank screen. Using the platform on a mobile browser is lacking in the features on a desktop or iPad browser. Love it and way better than what we were using before. ### 5/5 — Must have for any franchise operator *2019-03-17, version 1.0* I needed to backfill for my team members across my South Bay Taco Bell and KFC locations, and I was able to find candidates super quickly through Fountain. I particularly like that my general managers gets mobile notifications when candidates apply so they can communicate with them through sms texts instantly, and also like how their scheduling tool automatically finds time for candidates to come in for interviews + takes care of sending reminders to my gms and candidates.
