Not connected to Apple Pay. I wish y’all didn’t buy Gifford State Bank. ### 1/5 — Help *2025-12-19* I can only see my account balances every other day because the app always has an error message when refreshing. Yes I’ve turned the WiFi on and off, yes I’ve closed the app reopened, yes I’ve updated the app, yes Ive deleted and redownload the app, I’ve done everything and it never is efficient. I can login through safari just fine. The app is the problem. ### 1/5 — Mobile deposit *2025-12-16* App has a difficult time picking up the endorsement section of the check. It will accept it, then reject it later without notification. The photo the app takes does not always capture the endorsement section on the photo. ### 1/5 — Writing on back of check *2024-07-15* Why have it where you need to write for noble deposits only when there is a box for that, and you check it, the more ink you put on the back the harder it is to deposite thanks ### 1/5 — Very hard to deposit checks *2024-07-05* I had to take about 10 pictures of 1 check to get to deposit. I am trying to deposit several checks and most won’t deposit. Very frustrating and time consuming. ### 2/5 — Fair *2025-02-27* I think if you had a moment to reflect on if you absolutely needed the money from overdraft fees, you would see that punishing the customers that cannot afford any added fees, is a negative way to promote the success of the White family! Get rid of the fees that make you like every other banking facility! If it doesn’t affect the ways and the means in how you live your lives, wouldn’t it be fitting to give what you don’t need, back to the customers that have provided a solid living above most, on the backs and minds of so many before you! The moral of the story is, giving jobs to local communities and services for your customers, along side the hard work of the Whites and the philanthropic spirit of the family…get rid of overdraft fees! I challenge your top minds to figure it out to prove what you lose financially, you gain astronomically in empathy to the communities:) ### 2/5 — Cont use mobile deposit for some checks *2024-07-05* Mobile deposit doesn’t accept all business check formats ### 3/5 — Rejected Checks *2025-12-10* There are times when I have to keep submitting the same check, without changing anything, many times, before it is processed.
