Very frustrating experience with Four. I had about $1,200 in Spending Power before ordering from DTLR. DTLR repeatedly canceled my orders, and their support told me I was placing the order incorrectly, so I followed their instructions and tried again.

After these cancellations, my Spending Power dropped to only $70, even though I barely use Four. Four confirmed my claims were approved and refunds are being processed, but my Spending Power still has not been corrected.

I’ve also seen other customers report similar DTLR/Four issues, including cancellations affecting Spending Power. I pay for a monthly Four membership, yet I keep receiving automated/general responses instead of having someone investigate my account.

I’m still waiting for Four to escalate this to a manager or supervisor, determine what caused the drastic decrease, and correct the issue. Customers shouldn’t have their Spending Power affected by retailer cancellation problems that are outside their control.

Have a spending power but then when you select a store - now all of a sudden my spending power is 0. Dont believe the hype.

I am disheartening that I pay the subscription fee so that I can shop at Walmart and use the pay with Four. I paid my total which was $22 and then I am not over the allotted amount which was $88 and the card continues to get declined. I reached out to customer service I got the AI bought and then I asked to speak to a real person and I’m just sitting here with nothing. I just want my refund at this point because very frustrated.

Was great until it wasn’t!!! I made one purchase, paid it off and now it says my limit is $300 but once I click a purchase it says it’s $0

I typed up a whole review, I submitted the review, and somehow the review is missing. This company is absolutely horrible when you need to get in contact with customer service. The chat is AI controlled. They don’t transfer you to an actual person but send your suppose that question to customer service and you have to wait for an email back. Which I haven’t gotten an email back about my issue in over two weeks. I work for a private company that does payroll on different days and the reason that that’s an issue is because my bank pays me within 24 hours of receiving that pay payroll. So I typically get paid before payday so if payroll is done a day or two later, I’ll still get paid by the day I’m supposed to get paid but it would be later than I typically get paid. If you don’t make a payment within the 24 hours of when it was initially tried to come out then you get charged a seven dollar fee. Two weeks ago I ran into this problem with payroll was done two days later than normal so I received three separate seven dollar fees because I had three separate open transactions. Originally the AI Chatbot said that it could help me try to waive the late fees, but then I’ve never heard back from anyone and I have tried to send emails to the Support email that I received in reference to a different situation months ago and still haven’t received anything back. This app is hyped up a lot when I don’t think it necessarily should be. You have to get a subscription to be able to use the service services on certain websites. Just because it says you have an available balance doesn’t necessarily mean that entire balance is available to you. And in the many many months that I’ve been using the service, my available limit has not increased by very much. And I use it on a regular basis because if I’m going to spend at least $13 a month on a subscription, I’m gonna utilize every bit of that subscription that I can.

I will not recommend this app to my family or friends. No customer service rep is available to answer all your questions and concerns when you’re trying to speak to someone you have to speak to a boat which they don’t even understand!!

I made a virtual card. It didn’t work money was still taken out my bank account. The virtual card was with a selected vendor Walmart. It kept saying add another card this card can’t be used. I still have money taken out and a balance and never was able to complete a transaction. I keep getting this robot not a human to respond.
