Maybe people are not aware on how to use a phone LOL thanks! ### 5/5 — First Time User and no issues *2023-01-07, version 7.0* I don’t understand why this app is so poorly rated. I showed up to the car wash for the first time with no cash, thinking you could pay via card upon arrival. That wasn’t the case… Instead there was a sign referring to an app. It took me less than a minute to download the app and transfer money. I experienced no issues. The app is intuitive and works well. I would recommend it to anyone. I suspect that a lot of these 1 stars are coming from people who are not very tech savvy. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2021-06-24, version 4.0* I pulled into this car wash (CP location) thinking it was like so many other coin operated car washes with a Credit Card option to pay sadly not the case the company wants you to download this app. Ok I download it, go to make a purchase and there is a pop up at the bottom asking me to log in to use Pay Pal. I don’t want to use PayPal I want to use a Credit Card and I shouldn’t need an account with all my personal data for a car wash. All I wanted was to wash my service truck that will not fit into auto washes. I will take my buisiness elsewhere. I travel a lot in the region where the Four Seasons car wash operate. And would have been a good customer, had there been an option for no account and direct pay-for-use Credit card. The app specifically is rudimentary with large buttons and easy to navigate. For what it offers it seems sufficient. Spent less than five minutes navigating the app. Location needs repair: set to “Only while using app” said my location could not be found. ### 1/5 — Free carwash *2021-03-09, version 2.0* Yes, as with a previous reviewer, the code they send you for downloading the app doesn’t work. Sadly, bay 5 was really bad too! ### 1/5 — Registering *2021-01-09, version 2.0* Won't let me register. Frustrating. ### 4/5 — Initial impression is good *2020-11-22, version 2.0* I discovered the wash bay doesn’t take credit cards (or quarters) while sitting in the car. I saw the sign for the app and I downloaded it. I entered my phone number during registration and immediately received a text message with a code for a free 4 minute wash as advertised. I entered the code into the app and the wash bay came to life. I have not used PayPal yet, but assuming that works as well as entering a wash code it’s a good app/legit way to pay for a car wash +/- vacuuming. Just checked the app, PayPal minimum $10 increasing increments of $5 going to your account balance. You then choose how many minutes you want to use from your balance for your wash. ### 1/5 — Do not get this app *2020-10-05, version 2.0* No free car wash after signing up don’t not waste your time app is poorly designed ### 1/5 — False promises *2020-01-02, version 2.0* Promises a free car wash when you sign up and give them your cell number but I got a text saying only one free was per account. That was my first and only account. The app is either poorly devised or the developer is being less then honest in this attempt to collect personal information. I deleted the app and won’t return to the car wash. ### 2/5 — App description isnt correct. *2019-10-21, version 2.0* To clarify to people downloading.
