I keep trying to login my account and it won't let me in. I had to make a new password and now that password isn't working anymore. Seriously guys, it's such a shame that people can't even access their bank account

It needs to show the account and routing numbers. Sometimes I don’t have time to go look for account numbers I have written down.

it logs me out sometimes for no reason and i can’t even log back into it without going to the actual bank, it says its unable to verify my credentials when i know that nothing should have changed with my username or password on it

I LOVE this app! I simply use the same username and password from NexGen Online Banking, and it logs me right in. No issues at all! The app has tons of features inside and integrates many of the online services attached to online banking for a fantastic experience. Well done!
