Inspired by the Four Shields of Life framework, the app helps you explore four interconnected dimensions:

• Body — grounding, energy, movement, and physical awareness
• Mind — clarity, focus, patterns, and perspective
• Heart — emotions, relationships, connection, and compassion
• Spirit — meaning, purpose, intuition, and belonging

FEATURES

• Guided Four Shields check-ins
• Private journaling and reflection
• Practices for each shield
• Threshold Solo Walks
• Council and mirroring exercises
• Optional voice recording and transcription
• Optional AI-assisted reflection
• Progress and practice history
• English and German support

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Your journal entries, check-ins, recordings, and reflections are stored locally on your device. Content is only transmitted when you deliberately use an optional transcription or AI mirroring feature.

Four Shields has no advertising and does not use your reflections for tracking or marketing.

A Four Shields Premium subscription unlocks the complete collection of guided practices and advanced reflection features. Monthly and annual options are available through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

Four Shields is intended for educational reflection and personal development. It does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or crisis-care services.
