They had no record of my iTunes subscriptions. Strange. Extremely frustrating not being able to access new issues when I have active subscription. Fix it or I am canceling. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2018-04-24, version 2.3* Worked great when I first switched from the paper version. Crashes every time I close it and try to reopen. Requires deleting the app, reloading, and verifying my subscription if I don’t read each issue cover to cover. I subscribe to three TEN Publishing Magazines and everyone of them does the same crash and burn routine. If you read the reviews in the App Store you will find this problem has been ongoing for months without any effort to fix it. Maybe the folks at TEN should look at the platform National Geographic uses.
