I had money left in my account when I did a time out. I had a choice of having a check mailed to me or to just leave the money and play after the time out. I left the money. I went in today & can’t play ANY games, they keep erroring out & just stop. When I try to do a withdrawal it says I need to make a deposit before I can withdraw - that’s how the money got there was by a deposit! When I’m on the withdraw screen (and a couple other screens as well), there’s nowhere else to go - no back/home buttons so I have to sign out every single time. This app is ridiculous. I should, at the very least, have access to my funds and be able to withdraw without any issues since I was able to deposit without any issues. So, I don’t recommend this site at all. ### 1/5 — LOGGING IN? *2025-07-14, version 1.4* I can’t ever login to my account to book hotel rooms or sign in to the W gaming website to view my promotions. I saved my account information and updated it a million times. Ever since you changed the original website I was never able to login. It doesn’t recognize my Player Card, Email Address or Password. I never get the email when I hit “reset” it says I maxed out the amount of times? Very annoying. We have used different phones. We have deleted and reloaded the app. We have changed the passwords. We have suffered through a “chat” with Four Winds in which they ultimately just said someone else was coming onto the chat to help and then they signed off and left me hanging. No one else ever came on the chat. They basically hung up on me. Go ahead and try to log in. You will get a pretty picture of a feather and the message: Sorry! Wrong user ID or password.
