Login to HotSchedules, forces me to login with fourth instead. After logging in, takes me to the internet browser to open it there. WHATS THE POINT OF AN APP!? useless ### 1/5 — Sign in *2026-03-07* Been signed out every week and need to “set up my account” every week email verification password set and after all that it still won’t log me in after ### 1/5 — Shockingly bad avoid at all costs. *2026-03-04, version 6.2.5* Worst staffing app I have ever used by a long way. Didn’t recognise my password for my registered email. Requested access code for forgotten password (multiple times) but no code sent to registered email address. Contacted virtual assistant about issue which stated its unable to help and to contact management. Finessed a way through virtual assistant to speak to an agent who “usually responds within 15 minutes” but nothing after an hour. App slow, buggy and zero customer support options. ### 1/5 — Constant log outs *2026-03-02, version 6.2.5* It’s gotten so bad in the last couple months, it’s frustrating how often you get logged out and can’t log in again with the same details. I’m constantly being logged out for no reason whatsoever. When a new shift is “updated” I have to manually check every shift to find out which one was changed which is really frustrating and unnecessary and wouldn’t take much just to let us see what has been changed without having to spend ages figuring it out. Payroll is confusing and I can’t see what I’m looking for half the time because of loads of unnecessary things in the way. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-07-31* Absolutely awful app for work . Keep logging you out , if you eventually manage to log back in , it takes ages to load . I actually have to close all of my other open tabs for it to load properly , it’s so slow . Shifts updates : it gives you only notification but you have to check every single shift to see which one was actually updated , added or modified , very inconvenient and time consuming . Not a great experience so far ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-06-30* We had to switch to this provider and their app is not even logging in, so I need to access the website to check my schedule, but it’s such an inconvenience. Even the website looks like I made it on a free version website maker. Awful! It’s way easier than what we used to use and my team members actually use and love the app. They always know exactly when they’r working and can pick up extra shifts when they want to. There’s still a lot of work that needs doing but it’s definitely gotten better for me at least since the last two updates, mainly logging in with face authentication, made everything easier.
