Had several tech friends go over it and have no idea why they need complete access to everything, and I mean full access to everything! From all contacts, all photos, full camera, microphone access etc etc… why? Even the AP connection puts you onto an unsecure network. Record, save, and let me view.. Why do you need so much access and control? My contact and photos have nothing to do with why I bought this camera. What it records you have limited access to and it’s under the guise of loosely guarded material. What if something gets recorded you don’t want seen? Little to no privacy whatsoever. The customer service is beyond appalling and unprofessional offering little to zero assistance unless you enjoy talking with a bot. If I could still send this back I would. Unless you have a burner phone with a hotspot that you don’t care about giving away all access to then I wouldn’t waste your time. ### 2/5 — Didn't even reply to my message. *2023-09-17, version 3.1.6* First i was having a really hard time getting in and then i thought to myself why don't you ask them for help and then i messaged them and waited a long time and they still aren't answering it so if your working for this company and your seeing this please reply to me. ### 1/5 — 詐欺？ *2023-09-14, version 3.1.6* 新しくクラウドを購入してもストレージが開かれません。 支払いはしているので、お金だけ取られて終わりです。 詐欺ですか？ ### 1/5 — 日本品質と開き *2023-08-25, version 3.1.6* 気付いた点 ●サポート ✕　チャットでメッセージを送って質問しても一切回答は来ない。待っても無駄である。(中国品質) ●専用アプリFOWLへの登録 ✕　なかなか成功しないと思えば、いつの間にか出て来たりする。謎のタイムラグ。 ✕　専用アプリFOWLを起動しても、しょっちゅう「登録がない」と出るが、かなり時間が経ってから急に出て来たりする。 ●設定内容 ✕　しょっちゅうハッキングされるのか、設定内容が変わる。 赤外線offにしてもonになったり、壁貫通モードをoffにしても、onにされたり等 ●TFカードの設定 　日本で言うmicroSDカードの設定である。 ✕　録画音質はマイク性能が屑らしく悪い。かなり悪い。 ✕　よく「一時的に表示出来ません」と舐めたことを言う。(見れない) ✕　microSDを挿しているのによく「TFカードがありません」と言われることがある。この時には撮影されていない。本体を再起動すると、復活することがある(ポンコツである) ✕　100%録画しても設定画面での残量プログレスバーは右端にならない。 ✕　100%録画したら、上書きする設定がない。る ### 1/5 — Complete SCAM! *2023-08-22, version 3.1.6* This app is a complete scam! You sign up for a subscription and they don’t give you the recording access. I have tried their in app customer support, they never respond. I have emailed several different email addresses for support for this app and they won’t respond. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS APP! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Apple refused to help also. Example: it FORCES you to allow access to all your photos to record or capture anything. Even if you have an SD card in it. There’s no reason for this. Apple allows it to write to Photos without having access to all of them. This is a deal breaker for me. Оказывается нет, вот это приложение самое плохое. Ничего не работает. Меняю свой отзыв с одной на 5 звезд. Заработало. Не знаю что произошло, но вдруг все стало вменяемым. Ничего за это время не обновлял. I didn’t have a single issue with my setup or user experience. Camera has 3 resolution modes (720p, 1080p, and 4K full HD). You need to give it access to your photo album for it to save recorded videos and pictures, which is no big deal, most social media requires the same access. Night vision is awesome on this thing and if you can leave it plugged into an appliance that has a USB port that is always on (like a sound bar) you can leave this thing on all the time. ### 5/5 — Easy using after new updating *2023-03-22, version 3.1.2* Wow, amazing after new updating.
