My initial deposit of $10 warranted $50 cash bonus to play through. I played the $50 on blackjack and made it up to $380 and I achieved the 100 redemption points. So I chose to withdrawal this amount and I’ve now been waiting a full week for them to lift the hold on this withdrawal. They claim I need to wait 7 days for my initial deposit of $10 to clear. HELLO!!!! It’s cleared my bank cleared that on the second day! So I’m on day 8 and today they claim I’ll be able to withdrawal my money, let’s see… I’ll never use this book again. It’s not fast. Not smooth. Can’t move your money in and out like you can with Draftkings, Fanduel, BetRivers, PointsBet, Caesar’s and so many others…. Awful book. ### 3/5 — Very unfair practices *2022-07-11, version 3.51.1* Scores might or might not be correct? How are you supposed to make an informed bet? For information purposes only? To do what with make bets right? Lost thousands on this site but now finding out the hard way I can’t rely on what scores they show on screen. Just not right I can’t believe that is acceptable, you make bets based off scores and odds they show and then come to find out They are not actually accurate sometimes. I’ll lose My money somewhere else. ### 2/5 — Use your other preferred betting/casino/poker apps *2022-03-24, version 3.50.0* I could get super opinionated and discuss my frustrations with the app itself, but I’m sure there are some people that do very well on this app. In my personal experience, I started off well on the casino/poker site but that quickly took a turn. It is extremely difficult to do well on any of their casino games, I’ve faired much better on DraftKings and Fanduel. I get it’s considered “luck”, but based on elongated time playing you should theoretically be close to even after playing for a long time. I have spent the same amount if not maybe a little bit more money on this website and am down much more than the other sites. Could be a coincidence, but in my experiences it shouldn’t be this lopsided. The other major concern is app maintenance due to several bug issues on the app. There is a long downtime and a few weeks ago they had a downtime of about 3 days. Needless to say, I would rather use other major Sportsbook apps, but obviously everyone will have different results based on experiences. Maybe it’s just really insanely bad luck, I just hope everyone else gets it better than I did! ### 3/5 — I recommend using FanDuel *2021-12-31, version 3.48.0* This site is fairy new so they do not let you withdraw your money after you win. They make you wait until your money clears; which sometimes takes days. In the meantime they want you to lose your money back. The application glitches sometimes and I’ve had bets be put in that I didn’t bet. I didn’t bother asking for a return of my money before the bets went through because I’ve had issues with their support team as well. They do have some different bonuses and boosts that are better odds than some of the bigger and more sophisticated sites. This is the only reason I still have the app. Not a horrible betting app, but not a great one either. 3 out of 5. If you’re wagering large amounts of money, use FanDuel or DraftKings. ### 1/5 — LOVED THE APP AT FIRST *2021-12-18, version 3.48.0* This app was great at first. Offered great odds boost and so many chances to play. Then I tried to access my account and it said I had been locked out. Not only that but to access my account I needed to send a picture of my photo ID, credit card, a recent utility bill, and a recent bank statement of my credit card. I’m trying to do some light gambling not apply for a rental unit. Again it’s a shame because I liked the layout and the offers of this app but after this I think I’ll stick with FanDuel and DraftKings ### 1/5 — Something is fishy *2021-11-27, version 3.47.0* By far the worst Sportsbook/casino app I have used. I am in the middle of Michigan with full service and it continuously seems to be searching for my location… and once it does find my locations games don’t want to load, ironically this happens after I start winning or place a withdrawal… I want to keep playing but the app physically won’t let me. I have went through and restarted my phone and allowed full access to my location through the app. ### 1/5 — This is my first app review ever written *2021-11-13, version 3.46.1* Gamblers ! If you gamble, I am telling you to NOT sign up here. I signed up for 6 Colorado books to abuse their promos, this was the only book who was an absolute nightmare. Their fraud/kyc team is so intolerable , do not waste your time. Send ur bank statements, ssn, ID, your great grandfathers diary —and they can’t piece together you are not a criminal. Don’t waste your time trust me. Betfred, DK, FD, your bookie on the street, stay with them. This company will fail and it’s so obvious. They don’t even have a customer support phone #..u literally have to deal with it over email. ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work! *2021-10-22, version 3.46.0* The old Colorado version seemed to work fine, but they appear to have merged into this one. It does not work seamlessly with Win Terry’s Money app. I do the Denver free entry, and my winnings should show in this app. One week it did; this week it didn’t. It also shows me promos from other states (it has to know where I am to accept bets). It allowed me to put a bet into my bet slip during the TNF Denver v Cleveland game, but wouldn’t let me use a promo. It told me I had to make a deposit (not part of the promo), and then I realized I couldn’t place a in-game bet. Shady! No way I’m depositing money into this site. ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service. Issues with software. Recommend FanDuel or DK. *2021-09-30, version 3.45.3* This site is Bull. Constant issues. Win a hand of black Jack, don’t get paid, now I have to wait 72 hours for them to fix it. On top of that I can’t do anything else. I was at a good table in BJ and got booted then couldn’t get back in. Thursday Night Football is tonight, I can’t place a bet on it because this app is garbage. And on top of that, they won’t give any type of inconvenience bonus. And this IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I’ve only been using this app for 2 weeks… App is trash. I have gambled through (not lost) a lot of money already as well. A lot being about over 7-10k in 2 weeks and they can’t give me any sort of bonus for these issues. The first review I read about this app is accurate. Horrible customer service. I highly recommend FanDuel or DK over this absolute nonsense. ### 1/5 — The Worst Sports Betting / Casino App *2021-06-04, version 3.42.0* I’ve had multiple technical problems with the app. Too many to get into, but to be fair I think they’ve made strides in correcting. What they haven’t corrected are the pathetic “casino bonuses”. As an example one promotion was a casino bonus of $10 for playing $50 in real money. However, in order to convert the $10 into real money you need to wager over $1000 with that initial $10 ($1,040 to be exact). It would be the same thing as going to a casino with a total of $10 in your pocket and being told you have to be able to win enough with that $10 to be able to wager $1000 or you have to leave. Draft Kings (and others) often give $5 and $10 casino bonuses that are just what you would expect. $10 = $10. I’m happy to leave FOX. I recommend never signing up for it. ### 2/5 — Clunky *2021-04-09, version 3.40.0* The app feels very clunky and not pieced together well. I feel like the app focuses too much on animations and imagery of the fox sports people (howie, terry, etc) which makes it seem very gimmicky. Everything also seems very cluttered and not easy to navigate. Additionally, the cashier portion could use an over haul. A huge pop up saying my balance is 0 every time I sign in is also quite annoying. App could definitely use some work. In the meantime I’ll stick with the other sports betting apps. ### 1/5 — I’d give 0 if I could *2021-04-06, version 3.40.0* This app and website worked for a while and then it was saying it couldn’t find my location didn’t matter if I was on the app the website or the computer software. I contacted support and received an email back that I needed to make sure wifi and location enabling is on. Told them twice that I did and no other apps that needed location were having any issue what so ever. Didn’t hear anything so then they send me a customer support survey so I complete it telling them it’s been a week and the issue wasn’t resolved nor did they contact me back about fixing it. Then after the survey I get an email for my log files. So I send them my log files and after about two weeks it works. So I get on the app deposit money after I made sure it was working correctly and as soon as I deposit it says can’t find location. Tried it on all theee platforms again knowing the same thing is going to happen.. no luck. So I withdraw my money and I’m going to delete this app. Don’t even waste your time trying to get a fix unless you want to wait a month for it to work thirty minutes. Go use other casino apps that actually work. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2021-03-17, version 3.40.0* For the 2nd time I have qualified for a free bet...was given the free bet, and the app won’t let me use it. Every time I open the app it says I have a free $10 bet for college basketball...but no option to use it. On the bet slip nothing shows up. Both DraftKings & FanDuel make the free bet process real easy. I would like a $10 credit if I can’t use the free bet that I placed a $10 bet to get. Secondly - their casino promos are terrible compared to DraftKings & FanDuel. Those other sites only make you play through a bonus to cash it out. Fox Bet has crazy play through rules. ### 1/5 — Shady Bonus Promotion *2021-03-16, version 3.40.0* Don’t believe the risk free bet promotion. They don’t put the money in your regular balance if you lose but instead give you a free bet for the amount to use on sports only. So, no poker. The main reason I opened with Fox(Poker Stars). I play on multiple sites with no issues. A “risk free first bet” up to $500 was the promotion I signed up with. You’d think that means the bet is RISK FREE!! I’ve received deposit matches, free bets bonuses from Fran duel, draft kings and barstool. I know how they work and have had No problems. To be fair those sites do credit with “free plays” and restrictions on how bonuses must be used but They are much clearer on what the promotion is. Example: they match your deposit upfront and then you can risk the bonus however you want but must risk the bonus before you can withdraw. Granted I still can use the money I lost but would have played totally different. I contacted customer service and they wouldn’t do anything for me. With the all options in Michigan and all the offers from other sites...bye! ### 2/5 — Thought it was cool *2021-03-08, version 3.39.3* I thought their free bet promotion was pretty cool, until I did it. I read all the terms and conditions of course, but no where in there does it say you’ll have to wait 2 weeks to get your free bet. My first bet was 500, I lost, but the only reason I made the bet was because of the promotion that said I’d get a free bet worth the amount of the first bet within 24 hours. But then you have to send in documents, utility bill debit cards, IDs, bank statements, all the identity verification stuff. But I thought that was super lame because they let you make the bet in the first place? If my identity wasn’t verified, why was I allowed to spend 500 on your app? Well then you have to wait for their team to verify you, which Takes a while. Then when they verify you, they don’t mention the free bet. So you have to get back in their chat. And then chat doesn’t know anything either, they have to escalate it for you. All I’m saying is, if you want to try their free bet promotion, you really just shouldn’t. Fanduel, DraftKings, and barstools identity verification is much faster and smoother and doesn’t even take an hour. I spent the 500 over a week ago and I still have no clue when I’ll get that free bet back, even though they advertise that you get it within 24 hours of losing your first bet. They lyin. ### 3/5 — Where’s the gaming board lately? *2021-03-04, version 3.39.3* Not a bad site. I mean stay away from promotion crap it will just give you anxiety and stress. But overall the site works the way an app should. But I’m concerned about casino! I’ve been gambling for many years and I can say with certainty their games/payouts are fishy at best! It doesn’t appear these sites are regulated and they are hands down stealing money.. We expect the house to always come out on top but we also expect fair play. I have won some good spins but something isn’t right.. it’s almost like I feel like I’m in a place where everyone has to be equal. Meaning that it feels very very controlled. I feel like luck is not a factor here at all.. It’s rigged absolutely rigged and I know it! What a shame too cuz I would give away thousands if I knew one day I stood a chance. They stated that the app is not for making money, I asked, then why did you create the app?? Banned instantly there a bunch of idiots running it and I get security measures, but that’s way out of line I’m still banned all because I made a deposit and a withdrawal right hand up to god. Screw Foxbet got FanDuel, Betmgm or DraftKings not these clowns. ### 1/5 — Awful App and Awful Experience *2022-11-20, version 3.53.9* I reached out to customer service over 10 times in 10 hours. Never received a response. I was unable to place a wager on the game I wanted because they took too long. Their customer support team either doesn’t care or they are located on Mars. I have been unable to access my account for about a half a day. I have had countless problems with things as simple as trying to login. Would absolutely recommend using Draftkings, Fanduel, or any other sports betting apps. Pathetic excuse for an app. Don’t waste your time. I would give 0 stars if I could. ### 1/5 — Support Staff Is Absolutely Horrible *2022-10-30, version 3.53.4* I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the support staff for FoxBet. They ask over and over again for verification documents EVEN ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PROVIDED and they only ask when you try to withdraw. They don’t care at all that you’re not verified when you lose a bunch of bets and they get to keep your money but as soon as you try to withdraw they ask over and over again with unprofessional emails that honestly show a lack of command over the English language. They ask over and over again in broken English for documents which are NOT needed and/or have already been provided. Absolutely ridiculous. Have not experienced anything as bad as this with any other sportsbook app. ### 1/5 — Confusing Book *2022-09-05, version 3.53.3* Locked my account from deposits, withdrawals, and placing bets because my bank card expired and I typed in the CVV not realizing I had not added the new card yet. They wanted me to submit all kinds of documents instead of just letting me delete my expired card and add a new one. I sent at least four emails to their customer service but they wouldnt say anything and just kept sending me the same generic response saying I needed to submit a million documents. *dr evil voice* HOW ABOUT NOOOOOOO ### 1/5 — Garbage *2022-04-30, version 3.51.1* I won money on another fox app, which was supposed to transfer to FoxBet. It did not. I sent a message to customer service and got a reply that it would take 7 days. I waited the 7 days, no transfer. Eventually, I deleted both apps without ever collecting the money. Today, I decided to try again and downloaded the FoxBet app, except I can’t log in. I reset my password using my email, but still couldn’t log in. I tried resetting my password and logging in 3 times, verifying that all my info was correct, no typos, but no luck. It’s been a total waist of time. ### 1/5 — STAY AWAY *2022-03-18, version 3.49.1* BE WARNED stay away from this Sportsbook, it’s not worth the hassle they put you through to make a single bet or withdraw my own money when I don’t want to bet at their book anymore. It’s the same exact bank account I deposited with but they won’t let me withdraw it with out ID bank statement and a picture of my debit card ?? Joke of an app STAY AWAY ### 1/5 — Customer service is horrible *2022-02-08, version 3.49.0* I tried to make a bet after a few months of inactivity, so rightfully so I was flagged as suspicious especially because I was using a new card. Regardless, the deposit of $250 went through and I was charged for it. Long story short, after over a week of 30 emails the security team would NOT unlock my account. I could not withdraw my money and they wanted a PDF of a bank statement for a bank that literally does not offer them. PDF converted files were also not accepted. I only got my money back and account unflagged in spite of practically begging them to tell me what to do after I threatened to take them to the better business bureau/ small claims court about it, which magically got my security issue fixed within five minutes! Don’t touch this company with a 10 ft pole, they do not care about you. For all the Sportsbook and poker apps that are out now I would recommend you use ANY of them that are not THIS one! Chatted with a customer “care” representative named Jessica and she couldn’t care less about her company causing the problem and just kept bringing out those small font technicalities as reasons she couldn’t help. It’s absolutely ridiculous and will never use the app again. ### 1/5 — App is Horrible, Customer Service is Worse *2022-01-16, version 3.48.0* The app is full of bugs. First, if you forget to log off one time, you’ll get a “hanging login,” which means the app can’t confirm your location, and you cannot place any bets. The only solution is to email customer support, as there is no method of resolving it within the app. Second, live games and bets do not update accurately, if at all, meaning live bets are extremely difficult to make. To get any game/bet updates, you have to exit from the app and go back in. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Lastly, the customer service is horrendous. If you have any issues with a “free bet,” good luck getting it resolved. I dealt with a customer service rep named “Ross”, who was condescending and useless, and his only response was “free bets are a gift” and refused to do anything to resolve my issue. Do yourself a favor and use a legitimate app like DraftKings. Did decide to place the same amount I start on FoxBet with? Lost it within minutes. As I previously stated. As of this moment I am up a few hundred dollars betting the same way on the same games on FoxBet. If that’s not enough to show you? Well you can learn like I did? Wasting your money. I’ll stay where they do pay! This is the only one that gets you your money almost instantly. Customer support gets right back to you thru chat. Email takes time so if you have issues try to use the chat feature. All in all if you’re serious about betting this app is seriously worth a shot! ### 5/5 — Best Sports Betting & Casino App Out There *2020-08-07, version 3.30.3* I love this app. I use both the sportsbook and casino and both are extremely fun and easy to use. First, I like that blackjack has multiplayer so you can feel like you’re at an actual table. Its extremely smooth and well paced. The sportsbook and promos are great as well. I deleted my other betting apps (FD and DK) after using this for a week. By far ahead of the competition in both sportsbook and casino. ### 5/5 — ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE *2020-03-13, version 3.18.0* I set my girlfriend up with an account months ago.. A fewdays ago we both won money making the same bet. After trying to withdraw the money a message appeared that our accounts were shut down and we couldn’t withdraw the money until a security investigation was done to make sure we weren’t the same person. I sent them a picture of my drivers license, a picture of my most recent utility bill and then a picture of me holding my ID up to my face which I got no response too. I then sent them another 4 emails saying that I needed my money and I still have not gotten a response !! This is by far the worst site to use I highly recommend draft kings and fan duel over this site. Once this is finally resolved I will be deleting the app and never using them again. DO NOT BET WITH FOX BET THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS ### 5/5 — A must have app *2019-10-23, version 3.16.6* I have tried other apps for betting and this one is awesome. I actually win and don’t have to study all aspects of the games. I have read a lot of reviews about withdrawing money and the issues others had. For me it has always been easy. Money was in my bank account with in a few days. ### 4/5 — Awesome app but... *2020-11-07, version 3.32.4* FOX Bet is a great app; I’ve actually won on here a few times so I can vouch for that. Customer support is helpful and responds quickly. The odds on bets are slightly higher than what I have seen compared to other sites so that’s a bonus. That only “flaw” with FOX Bet is that you can’t bet on more than one thing for a given game/contest (no same game parlay). If that gets added I honestly would have no use for other sites that’s how much I enjoy FOX Bet! ### 4/5 — Fun, easy to use *2020-07-24, version 3.30.0* Good odds, alright odds boosts. You can also win a lot of money on slots in casino if you get on it at the right time. Only reason I gave it a 4 is because my bank (Bank of America) doesn’t allow debit card transfers, only PayPal or bank transfers. So, when you win your money, you can’t withdraw anything for at least a week or when the money settles. By the time the money settles, you may have probably already spent and lost your winnings along with your deposited money.
