I always log off, and log back in, just to be sure. Then the balances are correct. For instance, its easy to send a message to the Credit Union, for example, when traveling to alert them not to flag transactions as fraudulent. However, the messages I get sent back claim there is another way on the App to do it, but I cannot see where that is. Also, there is a App for the Apple Watch which says to activate it in the ‘Settings’ in the Phone App. Again there is nothing I have found in the Settings that do this. Service is excellent and very efficient. Have worked with Black Creek office on may occasions with always good results. Personal are always friendly and well versed on different programs. Then I go to use it next time and it says to use the number sign in but then brings me to the log in regular way to set up. I have been using an online bank in Texas when I joined the military in 2006. Never had any issues with online banking.
