Convenient and easy to use. But now It only occasionally works correctly. Sometimes my name, profile and refills come right up. Those times I can usually get one refill submitted. The last few months only 1 prescription gets through to the drugstore even when I get an email saying both were submitted successfully. Sometimes I get that email but the drugstore never receives any refill request. Other times the app might show my name but won’t let me access refills to place an order.
