I have my own now, and just remembered this game and decided to look it up to see whether it stood the test of time. Whether or not it does, I’ll never know. Turns out, it got bought out. It’s definitely not free, but you can’t just buy it either—you have to pay for a monthly subscription to something called “GameClub,” presumably for limited access to a bunch of other games you’ll never realistically play. Another big win for rent-seeking behavior—who wants to own the games they enjoy anyway, when you could keep paying for them indefinitely instead? Ah, well; it is what it is. Pour one out for this fun little game—it was nice while it lasted. ### 5/5 — The best instant gaming fix on the iPhone *2014-02-18, version 1.13* I've been putting an inane amount of time into this recently. The game, presentation and style are all perfect. It's greatest strength is it's originality which is also it's biggest problem. When I first played I thought I had to survive in the pond for as long as possible and the game was insanely hard. It was only when I showed the game to a friend (for the graphics not the gameplay) who actually read the instructions and became instantly addicted that I realised what I was missing out on. My son thought he was controlling the fox! I realise that the instructions couldn't be any clearer but I hate to think how many people are missing the point like I did at first. It doesn't look too bad stretched on the iPad, it would be nice to have a HD upgrade for the iPad. One small fault I notice is the Twitter integration doesn't work for me, I don't know if that is a glitch with the game or just me.
