It just keeps telling me I am wrong. Obviously my email is correct since it is sending the password to my email and I am copying and pasting the password. Tried it three times. No luck. Click the verify link and it brings me back to registering saying “unknown traveler”. It asks for the email, then send a “password” to use on initial login but the system doesn’t accept the password given. Unfortunately the system never accepts the credentials regardless of repeated attempts and keeps going back in circles. I even spoke with Fox World travel representative and I was told to speak with my company travel manager… Well, my company doesn’t have a dedicated travel neither use Concur for travel profiles… what’s more is that I am one of two people who book trips for myself and others. Unfortunately I’m disappointed in the app and the lack of support. If anyone from Fox can help me figure this out, I will gladly edit my review. ### 1/5 — Not good but, maybe… *2022-06-24, version 3.1* Used it multiple times. Trips don’t show up till the last minute, if ever. Text Notifications don’t work. Not sure that’s a part of the app. Sent emails to support and no response. I’m a dev and I’d say it’s not good… BUT, to be fair, it might not be the app. It could be something my company is doing wrong when they book trips. Gone round robin 3 or 4 times to set up acct verify email have magic code texted to verify phone, back and forth between laptop and phone. Am I to use email as user name? WTH?? I’m sure once it is set up it will be useful. Maybe I need midnight to pass after making acct for servers to reset. Right now I’m just frustrated. ### 3/5 — No functionality *2022-05-22, version 3.1* I have an itenary through my company and clicked the link to register and install the app only for my travel info to not show up. Have both a flight and a hotel, and neither is showing up. There’s also zero way to add itenaries through confirmation codes or any other means.
