Poor layout, glitchy video performance, each video views requires watch a long commercial. Will go back to the website. ### 2/5 — has some issues *2021-07-31* I love this news cast but the app doesn’t show me the complete picture being reported at the top of the news story. it increases in size and will only allow half the face of the person or half of the scene on the pic because it zooms in too much. please fix it. ### 2/5 — Never up to date *2020-02-11* I have several news apps on my iPhone, and all but this app have the latest breaking news. This app still features yesterday’s news when I open it in the morning. ### 2/5 — Won’t Cast *2018-11-28* I got this app because I wanted to be able to cast the news onto my TV, but I’m not able to. This is very disappointing and I will be deleting this app until I am able to cast from it. ### 3/5 — Needs improvement *2017-05-03* Whenever I receive a breaking news alert and I tap on the alert notice on my screen, I'm never taken to the story. It just takes me to the main page of the app and I have to search high and low for the story. Most of the time I'm unable to find the breaking news story. Also, when trying to bring up the weather, the app crashes. **Developer response:** Hi - We have released a brand new version that I would hope that you would give a try. Delete the current one from your device and grabs the update from the store. Please let me know how that works out for you. Power has been out since 7 pm and its 9pm. All of my city 100k pop, and smaller cities out of power. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — won’t allow me to permanently delete it! It keeps popping back up on my Home Screen! *2022-08-13* When I go to the App Store I only have an option to hide it. I want it totally deleted from my purchased app list. Time to uninstall! *2017-09-28* Too many times I’ll receive a notification about a news story and when I open the notification I can’t find the article anywhere! Sometimes, yes, I’ll be taken to the article for which I tapped on the notification. But other times, like just a few minutes ago, it takes me the the main page and I can’t find anything related to the story I wanted to read about. 1 star, download another news source. **Developer response:** Hi - Sorry to read about the problems with the push notifications. It bombs as soon as I try to open the app. I'm have a iPhone 5 w/ iOS 10.2.1 ### 1/5 — IPad hostile *2015-06-27, version 4.0.2* Doesn't work worth a crud on my new iPad Mini. Will be uninstalling just as soon as I finish writing this. ### 1/5 — More ad's than a questionable website *2015-06-19* Not only do you get the ad bar at the bottom of the app (which is ok) but also when reading an article you'll get randomly transfer to App Store and harassed to download apps.
