Aber bitte: Implementiert endlich eine Echtzeitaktualisierung der Daten! Alle 5 Minuten neue ist absolut nicht ausreichend! Bitte endlich hier nachbessern! ### 3/5 — Functionality missing *2025-02-26, version 1.50.26* Since we changed to 2.0 we have lost some of the previous functions such as being able to see the money generated each day from the solar panels. It is far easier to read, offers more information and gives more remote settings. ### 2/5 — Unimpressed *2024-11-06* Recent improvements have made it easier to use but its use is so limited that’s not difficult. In terms of my EV system, the control it provides is pointless. Settings don’t stick and you can’t set up any intelligent charging other than the simplest function. Income data is irrelevant in the uk - why can’t this be updated? Also the app signs you out every day and you have ‘accept the T&Cs’ and sign in every time. Why?? This app has put me off using Fox Ev battery and inverter equipment in future. ### 2/5 — Barely usable *2024-08-16, version 1.50.22* The only thing going for it is that it's better than the V2 app. Which is a very low bar. This is over complicated, with a weird sequence of button presses just to get to the pages that show how much solar we're generating and power we're buying. And even that is strange. It seems to log out automatically but without telling us, then still continues to show the display as it had been previously-possible the night before, even- so it could show zero at midday until you log in again. Two stars- it just about works and is better than V2 ### 3/5 — Nach Update keine Information *2024-05-31* Die App verbindet sich sehr schnell. Die Angezeigten Daten sind größtenteils konsistent. Nach dem letzten Update ist alles weg. Kein Zugriff, keine Daten, nichts. I.e what I’ve downloaded to my battery overnight and what I’ve actually generated from my solar panels. Most of the information is geared for a professional user or installer and both the app and webpage where you can also view system info are awful. Reliability is very poor, the system often times out before you can update settings. Needs a massive overhaul. Very disappointed as this is an expensive system. ### 1/5 — Absolute Rubbish *2024-01-06, version 1.50.7* App is so unreliable, use the app to set timings for charging of battery, 90% of the time the times out and when you are using a variable rated energy app this really doesn’t help ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-12-23, version 1.50.7* The system was installed in August. Update in November then stopped working altogether. No way of getting it started. Worse than useless. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Broken in February 2026 *2026-02-26, version 1.50.26* What have they done? They’ve made changes in February 2026 and now I cannot properly manage my system! I cannot set a minimum state of charge (SOC) for the battery. Self-use has no minimum SOC setting anymore. It’s like they don’t bother testing the updates at all. Who signed off on these updates? I’m losing money daily at the moment. ### 1/5 — Always down. *2024-12-10, version 1.50.26* Why is this app never working. For weeks now saying off line. Can’t get any information on how my panels are doing. ### 1/5 — Chocolate tea pot *2024-11-30, version 1.50.26* Clever… BUT spent all day running my ASHP and charging car from GRID while 12.8 kWh battery sits there at 99% charged. WHY?! I charge battery at night in winter at just 7 p a unit …. But it doesn’t discharge when it’s meant to. Yes I rebooted app and whole battery system 🤦‍♂️and updated iOS. ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2024-11-17, version 1.50.25* This app updated and since then has shown my system as offline and providing no data at all ### 1/5 — Pretty hopeless. Not working at all *2024-10-25, version 1.50.24* It’s was workingish, though incorrect info about what I was selling back to the grid. But then stopped working altogether. Just a blank screen. Have deleted and reloaded. Still blank. Reported it to developers who acknowledged the email. Have never heard from them again. That was a couple of months ago. Useless ### 1/5 — App ist (fast) unbrauchbar *2024-06-24* Nach der Installation der App, nur mit Hilfe des Monteurs möglich, der wiederum mit dem Servicemensch mobil in Kontakt war, habe ich zahlreiche schlechte Programmierfehler entdeckt. In heutiger Zeit Aktualisierungen alle 5 min ist eine Zumutung, keine Möglichkeit, den Vk-Preis für Strom einzugeben (wird stumpf auf 1€ festgesetzt!), auf Darkmodus automatisch ab 18 Uhr (???), obwohl noch volle Energie vom Dach kommt(!), Passwortänderung kompliziert, im Personalstamm der App gar nicht möglich (!), Aufbereitung der Daten unleserlich ua Punkte. Hier sollten mal Profiprogrammierer ans Werk gehen, die sich die App-Programmierung aus Sicht eines Anwenders vorstellen müssen! Fazit: ziemlich schlechte App, ganz zu schweigen von dem chinesischen Datenklau und einem Dongle (!!!) zur Freischaltung der Anlage (wozu braucht es zur einfachen Stromlieferung einen Dongle???) ### 1/5 — Produzione fotovoltaici *2024-03-22* Non è possibile vedere la sola Produzione dei pannello fotovoltaici. One thing I’d like to ask to improve is the regular automatic logout. Ideally I’d like the app to stay logged in for at least a week. Die graphische Oberfläche ist verbessungswürdig, aber insgesamt die macht App ihren Job.
