I'm getting constant "Plant does not exist or was not created by this account" errors when trying to access any page. Refreshing a few times appears to fix it, so it doesn't actually seem like a permission error. Please resolve this issue! Other than that, the ability to set a max discharge rate from the grid would be nice, as with an EV and home battery charging, with an AC on nears the 63A limit for most single-phase Australian homes. ### 3/5 — Password *2026-08-10, version 2.2.21* When we first had this app it was working ok showing all my readings, now it’s asking me for a password ! It seems that from other comments on forced charging has vanished and other says it’s moved to mode scheduler. Followed the instructions to the letter and it still won’t work. Ironically the manual mode by selecting back up works and this is dependent on me waking up early and remembering to toggle between self use and back up. Hence the title on mode scheduler as arbitrary, it says it on the screen but not actually doing it in action. ### 2/5 — Mode Change takes 30 mins to activate *2026-07-28, version 2.2.19* As mode change takes 30 minutes to activate(why), one loses the opportunities to charge and discharge to reduce the energy cost. ### 3/5 — Force discharge needs fix *2026-07-24, version 2.2.18* The force discharge description was updated to say that it switches to self use after it reaches the %SOC threshold, but it still does not and therefore grid import occurs until the time period ends. ### 3/5 — Home(I) - Confusing *2026-07-19, version 2.2.18* Home(I) value is pretty confusing. The big bug that needs to be fixed is the refresh time from inverter to the cloud and back to app 30 min + round trip in uk” why not include a direct Wi-Fi link to inverter to app” I have consulted with fox direct they looked at my inverter Wi-Fi dongle and app and say it’s all updated yet we still have a 30min round trip. ### 3/5 — Was Working Fine but…. *2026-07-12, version 2.2.18* Installed the App to monitor Solar Power Generation for my home. Initially worked well but now the illustration shows power from The Grid when I’m actually sending it in the opposite direction direction and it’s not showing how much is being generated by the roof panels. Temporary? Tried uninstalling and re-installing. No change. The previous versions worked fine, now it is useless for monitoring our solar production. Aber bekommt endlich mal eure Updates oder im Allgemeinen die App auf die Reihe, damit sich nicht immer der Shelley entkoppelt. Nach jedem Update dauert es mehrere Tage, bis beide wieder synchron laufen. Tagelang kann man nicht sehen wie viel reinkommt oder rausgeht. But it frequently does not connect (displays offline), and since v2.2.17, I’ve not been able to connect at all, despite deleting/ reinstalling. Please can stability be prioritised? ### 3/5 — Mit einigen Schwächen *2026-07-02* Hatte vor einiger Zeit versucht die maximale Akkuladung einzustellen. Diese Funktion gab es damals leider noch nicht. Jetzt habe ich diese Möglichkeit entdeckt. Funktioniert aber leider nicht. 80% bei „system max soc“ eingestellt und gespeichert, heute ist der Akku wieder zu 100% voll. Ich wollte den Akku im Sommer schonen, Strom gibt’s genug. Remove that stupid fox icon from my screen. Don’t stick an AI chat bot that nobody wants in the first place. ### 1/5 — Recent upgrade destroyed app *2026-08-31, version 2.2.23* For me, I liked to see how each panel array was doing. Prior to the latest update, it was easy to check the generation. After the update, it becomes much harder to go into detailed parameters. It also doesn’t get updated for ages. The app used to be fine before. The app refresh now updates in seconds, close to a real time view of parameters.The functionality, and graphics are excellent. The addition of the Sankey flow diagram is a great way to quickly understand where the energy in the system is flowing. My foxess battery, inverter and EV charger integrate perfectly. Can’t think of anything I would change. Ich habe allerdings auch nur den WR in Betrieb, ohne Speicher/Zähler/usw. Es erfolgen regelmäßige Updates, d.h. hier wird auch weiter entwickelt.
