FoxConnect is a public on-demand bus service. It connects the rural areas of south-west Leicestershire with key destinations such as Magna Park, Next Headquarters, Carlton Park, Fosse Park as well as Narborough and Hinckley train stations. It also serves Enderby Park & Ride site for onward travel into Leicester. The service is available from 06:00 to 19:30 Monday to Saturday. You can book your journey through the mobile app or the dedicated call centre. You can request your pick-up and drop-off points when making your booking, but a short walk may be required to complete most journeys. Passengers who travel in a wheelchair will, be offered a door-to-door service. FoxConnect is good for your pocket with a flat single adult fare of £3.50. You don’t even need to carry cash as you pay in advance. Children pay half fare. Concessionary pass holders can travel for free after 09:30 Monday to Friday and all day on Saturday. Not sure how they can justifiably advertise themselves as an “on-demand” service when the demand is never met. Drivers are often late and the app ,according to the drivers, can sometimes switch the pickup and arrival times around. The drivers have also indicated that the time slots are singular, so if one person books it no one else can. Sort this out. You are isolating people who rely on these types of service. ### 1/5 — Just don’t *2025-01-20, version 4.33.0* I don’t think I’ve ever got this bus without it being late. It’s half an hour late most days and never has the times I need so I have to get there later, then the actual bus is late making me miss most of my college. I live in a place where there’s no other busses I can take so I have to get it everyday but if you can avoid it please do. Just don’t even make it an option. I’m moving house just so I don’t have to get this bus because of how bad it is and that if I’m late again I’ll get kicked off my college course.
