I turned off my card and had to open it to purchase something. Only the app froze on turning it on. Closed and tried to reopen, and it just will not open now! Several times and a reboot of my phone. This is incredibly frustrating considering it actually controls my funds and I need it to turn my card back on.

9/10 times I try to open the app, it won’t load up. It should also auto update the debit cards as well, when I do get into it, I try to add my card and it freezes up. Useless, just make the main Fox app handle the cards too.

What’s the point of having a separate app for your cards when you have to login to the banking app first? Why can't it just be one app!? Everytime I check a notification it opens this app only to tell me I need to open and login to the banking apps first. It's so frustrating!

This app never works on my phone or iPad. I’ve always updated it and my phones OS is up to date yet I have been able to use this app for about a month now. I’ve asked people at the bank and all they say is, “Yeah, it doesn’t work that well.”

When I try to sign in it either tells me to download the mobile banking app (which I already have downloaded) or when I try to sign in, tells me my username or password is incorrect. Loved this app until it didn’t work anymore.

The app instantly alerts you when a charge is posted to your card, which is fantastic for detecting fraud.  It also has features where you can add a travel plan so it doesn’t automatically shut your card down if you use it on a trip.  I have found the user interface to be fairly intuitive, once you’re able to log in and get it set up, which is the biggest issue.  The first time you log into it, you have to do it through the link in the Fox mobile banking app.  If you try to log in through the cards app, it will say invalid password, regardless if it’s correct or not.  But once you’ve opened it through the banking app and set it up with your card, you can open it through either one.  This little hiccup is why I gave it four stars. Otherwise it’s a great app!

I’m giving this app a two star review only because it struggles to open even when i have full four bars & 5G network w/ unlimited data. there shouldn’t be this much of a problem just loading up an app that has access to my funds. please fix the problem immediately. thank you & kind ragards.
