eine App, die alles zeigt was sinnvoll ist! Ich meine damit die Version, die vor dem neuesten Update vorhanden war. Zum Glück kann man auf diese Version zurückgehen.

Die Darstellung der Daten wurde komplett verändert. Vorher hatte ich alles Wichtige auf einer Seite ersichtlich und es war so farblich und grafisch dargestellt, dass auf einem Blick alles ersichtlich/verständlich war. Jetzt ist es genau umgekehrt: unübersichtlich, auf mehrere Seiten verteilt, schwer verständlich und schlecht dargestellt. Schlimm - etwas Gutes zum schlechten zu verändern.

Mich ärgert immer wieder, dass ich nicht explizit meine Tankdaten löschen kann! Die App ist soweit sehr gut, aber die Daten gehören mir!

Die App ist absprechend gestalten. Sie hat nur den Nachteil, dass sie ungenaue Werte liefert, je leerer der Tank ist ( wo man es eigentlich bräuchte). Hat wahrscheinlich damit zu tun, dass nur ein ähnliches Modell meines Tankes in der DB ist. Ausserdem werden auf einmal hohe Jahresgebühren verlangt (ca. 1/3 des Kaufpreises des Oil Fox), was beim Kauf nicht bekannt war.

Eventuell können wir die zugehörige Peiltabelle recherchieren und das Modell in der App ergänzen.

### 1/5 — Zwei Geräte gekauft – guter Start, aber gravierende Probleme und schlechter Service

Ich habe zwei Oilfox-Geräte für unsere Tanks erworben und war anfangs sehr zufrieden. Die Installation eines Geräts verlief problemlos, und die Messungen waren äußerst präzise – selbst nach dem Tanken wurden die Füllstände korrekt angezeigt. Doch nach einem App-Update wurde ich ohne mein Zutun aus meinem Konto ausgeloggt. Beim erneuten Einloggen erhielt ich die Meldung: „Ihr Nutzerkonto wurde bereits angelegt. Sie müssen den Nutzungsbedingungen zustimmen, damit wir Ihnen eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail schicken dürfen.“ Obwohl ich zugestimmt habe, kam nie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail an. Da ich mein Passwort vergessen hatte, versuchte ich die „Passwort zurücksetzen“-Funktion, bekam jedoch auch hier keine E-Mail, obwohl ich es mehrfach probierte. Nach mehreren Versuchen habe ich die App deinstalliert und neu heruntergeladen – ohne Erfolg, das Problem blieb bestehen. Ich habe daraufhin den Support von FoxMobile kontaktiert und alle Schritte durchgeführt, die mir telefonisch empfohlen wurden. Leider brachte das keine Lösung. Stattdessen wurde ich mehrfach an andere Stellen verwiesen, ohne dass jemand konkret helfen konnte. Auch der Händler, bei dem ich die Geräte gekauft habe, versprach Unterstützung – ein Techniker sollte sich melden, aber niemand kam oder rief zurück. Dies zieht sich nun schon seit über Monate hin. Wir stehen jetzt mit zwei unbrauchbaren Geräten da, und trotz mehrfacher Bemühungen erhalten wir keinerlei Hilfe. Das ist nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern auch enttäuschend, da wir anfangs wirklich zufrieden waren. Ich hoffe, dass sich FoxMobile dieses Feedback zu Herzen nimmt und uns weiterhilft.

### 3/5 — Oilfox Pro bzw. Pressure, Erfahrungsbericht

Ich nutze den Oilfox Pro von BayWa seit drei Jahren und war bisher sehr zufrieden. Der Füllstand in cm in dem Erdtank DIN 6608 mit 7.000 Liter wurde sehr exakt gemessen, beim Tanken zeigte die App genau den Unterschied in Litern an, der auch auf der Rechnung stand. Leider ist seit fünf Monaten, nach dem letzten Tanken, der Füllstand immer bei 105%, der Ein-und Ausbau und Batteriewechsel hat nix gebracht. Leider ist die Anleitung sehr dürftig und auch der angeforderte Wechsel der Firmware auf 4.0.11 hat nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten wie oben beschrieben, sehr genaue Messung…..

Ein Füllstand von mehr als 100% könnte darauf hinweisen, dass bei der letzten Betankung über das vorgegebene maximale Fülllevel betankt wurde? Ich hatte die App mehrere Wochen nicht mehr geöffnet und muss seit letzter Woche feststellen, dass sie sich im WLAN gar nicht mehr öffnet. Dauerladebalken, dann Abbruch.
Über die mobilen Daten funktioniert es etwas in einem von 10 Fällen. Beim Rest identisches Problem.
Nervt tierisch.

System has suddenly stopped providing readings. Have followed instructions on how to remedy without success and have tried to contact support on 2 occasions and have had no response other than acknowledgment of my request for help. Am now looking to discard the meter and replace with my previous monitor. System fine but back up help non existent.
