This used to be one of the best apps/products out there 2 years ago…it’s gone downhill. Unfortunate as the photo quality is good & the sticker option is amazing, but when you can’t get the order placed none of the good stuff matters! ### 2/5 — Two orders didn’t go through *2023-11-12, version 7.3.5* I had two different orders which I tried through the app recently and they were both not processed as the warning pop up said but it sure definitely took my money! I had to order them through the website instead and I reached out to customer service sent a screenshot and NOTHING no reply or we will look into it. Smh ### 2/5 — Old School App *2022-11-01, version 7.2.1* 1. Can’t access albums, you have to scroll through your entire camera roll for photos 2. You have to adjust your photo to fit within the selection process otherwise you will lose faces lol AND you have to scroll through your entire camera roll to so. If you miss one OMG you have to go back and then lose all of your changes!!! ### 4/5 — Great but missing… *2022-09-04, version 7.2.1* Love the 3x3 stickers, but used to be able to crop and adjust in app. Lost that feature so many prints couldn’t be ordered as I couldn’t readjust to put objects in frames. ### 2/5 — Not Easy to Use *2022-04-12* I started using FoxPrint with my first baby’s baby book in 2016, but after some time stopped due to it constantly crashing. I finally tried it again to finish a few more pics in her book. It’s improved and didn’t crash on me, but is still not a friendly app. You have to scroll through ALL your pics. There’s no filtering options, like you can’t go directly to Favorites or an album. You can only crop/ move photo in one place, so if you don’t do it the first time you’re screwed and have to readd the photo. Which means going back through them all. Wish there was an option to order multiple sizes from an uploaded pic, in the cart. Great quality photos, but I can’t spend hours ordering photos with four kids, so I’ve resulted to Walgreens. Hope they can improve as they’re fun prints and options! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, Kenzitb. Thank you for your business, and we hope to improve your experience in the future. ### 2/5 — Easy to accidentally order “squished” images *2022-01-15* I like the prints but the app is very frustrating. It seems you must select and crop all your photos in one go. If you want to add more of the same type, and you don’t go back through and re-crop/center each one again, and they were not square images to begin with, they all print squished except the new ones that you cropped/framed in your last round of adding images. Most of my original order was bad and I’m having to re-order, costing an extra $14. **Developer response:** Hello, sorry about that. High quality Products *2020-12-11, version 6.2* The delivered product is top form. Not issues with the product. If they could get the app in sync with their website we’d all be in heaven. Perhaps I am expecting to much in a print shop that produces very unique and dare I say retro versions of prints that are just lovely to hold in hand and share with friends. (3x3 on card stock with border are brilliant) App frustration: Be careful with these folks. They offer a discount with a code on their website. At the same time they encourage you to download this app. The problem is you can’t upload from a mobile device to the website without it hanging up soo you relent and download the app. The app works but does not accept the discount code. After several tries on a Sunday morning I relent and place my order thinking that they could append my order. I received a very curt response telling me that the discount only worked on the website. It Crashes often and makes you have to restart uploads etc. App needs work! ### 1/5 — The app is terrible *2025-07-23, version 7.6* I always love how the photos turn out, but in order to order the photos I have to try many times due to how often the app crashes. Then I have to go back and start over many times before it doesn’t crash again. ### 1/5 — Crops Pictures *2023-07-28, version 7.3.3* The app doesn’t say this anywhere, but a 1/3 inch is trimmed from the edge of every photo during the printing process. This would be fine if the app showed the area of the picture that would be printed vs what wouldn’t to allow users to adjust, but it doesn’t. ### 1/5 — App shuts down randomly *2023-02-08, version 7.3.1* I’ve tried to put in a big picture order three times, but as soon as I get to checkout, the app shuts down. Its takes time selecting and editing, so it’s a little frustrating that I can’t place an order. Maybe buying online is a better option? ### 1/5 — Poor editing *2022-07-24, version 7.2.1* We’ve ordered from them in the past with success but recently ordered 12 of the 3x3 photos and they cut off a good portion of my daughter’s head in most of them. I cropped the photos and don’t understand why they were cropped more and clearly not edited before sending. I reached out to customer service and was told that it was in their policy. We won’t be using them anymore. The website advertises free shipping on orders of $30 or more, but the app doesn’t honor that. I already had my photos picked out and edited vis the app, so I paid the $5 shipping. I will try to get my money refunded through fox prints less than stellar customer service. I love the quality of the photos, or honestly I wouldn’t bother ordering from them. ### 1/5 — Poor Quality *2021-07-26* I ordered some of their photo stickers and the quality was awful. So awful that I emailed asking if it was a printing error. No one responded. Money and time down the drain. Update: I finally got a PARTIAL refund after sending another email and shipping my photos back to them with tracking. Their 3x3 photos are so pixelated that they aren’t useable for any sort of memory keeping. Very, very frustrated that they won’t own up to the terrible quality and refund all the money I paid. I can understand not refunding shipping if it was my error, but it wasn’t. ### 1/5 — Pixelated Photos from App, Not from Website? *2020-11-05, version 6.2* I’ve ordered once from the website and the photos were great quality and arrived quickly. I ordered from the app on my phone and the photos are terribly pixelated (when they were some of the same exact photos I’ve ordered from the website previously) and I received 8 blanks. Don’t use the app. Save yourself the money and use the website. Now I have to re-order using the website and wait another 2 weeks to have good quality photos. ### 1/5 — Terrible Photo Quality. *2020-07-28, version 6.2* After a super long turnaround, I finally got my photos and they are...not good. The photo quality is essentially newspaper-grade. You can see the dots and every photo looks fuzzy as a result. Any photo that didn’t have perfect lighting is muddy. Chalking this up as a loss since they won’t accept returns/refunds on orders over $25. I printed many 4x6 prints and a few 5x7 prints to fill the pre made pages. However, I needed 20 3x3 prints to complete the book. No one makes 3x3 prints and wallet size would not work. I found FoxPrints and decided to order. I read reviews and realized they were a small family business. After I ordered, in about 4 days I got an email about shipping and tracking. In a total of 10 days I had my prints. They were easy to down load using my phone. The 3x3 prints surpassed my expectations in color quality, exposure, paper material they were all perfect for my book. Don’t hesitate to use foxprints—you will get your money’s worth. 5 star experience. It prints good quality photos for my Lucy Darling brand baby books! I have been using this app for 5 years and never had an issue. Photos come. App never crashes.
