Its interface is overly complicated. I receive coupons all the time in the mail or email however the coupon never works. I have had an account but can never login successfully. Not sure if it’s the franchise or corporate but if Foxs Pizza would catch up with the times, they would do so much better. Anytime I have issues I end up ordering from another pizza joint. The screen takes you nowhere. The whole purpose of the app is to allow you to order online. Unfortunately, it’s a big fail because it does not do that. So I went to their website and it is just as bad. On the website you get errors from WordPress, the development software when you try to order online. It was hacked and they have all of your information. Shows how poor this was managed and shows companies prioritizing money over security. I’d say my iPhone 16 pro max usually operates apps pretty well in my opinion. We have deals and points that show in the emails we get, but in the rare cases where I can successfully log in to the app, it shows no points or deals. To add to the frustration, after bashing my head in with the app, we have to call to order every time and the employees make zero attempt to help. They are clueless. It’s a shame because we love the food, but not worth the hassle. Fix your system. It’s 2026! ### 1/5 — What happened?? *2025-12-30* This so called updated app is a joke. Can’t use it. It won’t login with existing account, cycles through over and over and you get nowhere. I attempted to use about a month ago and had no luck. I decided to try again to see if anything has been fixed, and it’s the same problem. Sorry Fox’s, but you are losing business. Second, it sometimes gives me the option to log in, other times it forces me tome to check out as guest because there’s no log in option. Want to double check the offer codes? Don’t go back to look at them too much because the page won’t come up anymore. Today no matter how many times I click on the house, it refuses to take me home to see the home page. The only place the home button takes me is to the address of my store. No, I’m not confusing location and home buttons. It looks nice but could be a lot better. ### 3/5 — Food is great. App/online ordering is awful *2024-12-03* Needed to order online so I tried ordering through app on browser. 3 of 4 bars of internet and a snails pace getting from menu to menu. There are so many items not listed ### 3/5 — Buggy App *2023-10-14* So the app crashes all the time, and you have to wait for the pop up boxes to finish completely expanding sometimes to select your choices (they expand so slowly for some reason, and only on specific pages or parts). I had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to place an order bc for some reason it doesn’t permanently save your information to log you back in, and it’s like a “refresher” to the app. If you don’t do that, the app will CONSTANTLY crash just at the finalization page. But if you uninstall and reinstall it works. Pretty ridiculous. Please fix these bugs because I love Foxes. It’s also sad there’s not really a Rewards program.
