I did report it to FoxScanner, in which they DID respond in a timely fashion.. ..BUT! After being told that I would receive a refund for the fax (which I still haven’t received) that they would look into the issue. THIS APP IS CRAP, and the developers are LIARS! Adhere to what you told me (FoxScanner) and the review would be much better, until then.. ..you’re only getting the 1 star rating. ### 1/5 — Doesn't recognise very clear text *2017-09-11* Doesn't recognise very clear text **Developer response:** Please update your app to the latest. Doesn't work and shows lot of adds. It is annoying. ### 1/5 — NO STARS *2014-11-17, version 1.3* I have to give it 1 star because it won't let me send this review rate when I click on send! My rate is No Stars until they respond to me via phone or email and refund my money. The recipients did not and have not received the last few faxes I sent them. Fax confirmation on the fox scanner states - status- success. Really!! I paid for the maximum faxes and now it's not working . I've made several attempts via email to foxscanner and no response.
