Every time tracking shows “customer unavailable” without even a single delivery call from rider side. Customer support keeps giving different excuses like “parcel in transit” etc. This is completely unprofessional. When i connected the customer service they answered saying that an agent will contact me. But no one did. Still haven’t received my order. Other shopping and skin care brands at least provide genuine delivery date rather than delaying it like you.
